Ordered a suitcase for a gift

Ordered a suitcase for a gift. The box arrived damaged and suitcase wheel loose and suitcase scratched . I contacted Disney store who I asked for a straight swap by them collecting the suitcase and giving me a new ones as the birthday was in two days after I had to wait over the delivery time for the original order which I had to call and there were dismissive. They refuse to do anything customer friendly. After years of shopping with them I am sick of their below standard customer care.

I recommend please do t shop in shop Disney they will get the amount but the shop won't be there and we won't get what we ordered
