Placed an order on 3/20 because i saw the sale they were running on shirts/shorts. As of 4/14 the order is still "being prepared". There is no number to call. the address on their website is registered to a random logistics company. You can send them an email, but they rarely respond. And when they do, its pulling teeth to get them to process a refund. I am still waiting on them to send me my money back now.
I wanted to love my first experience with Cove, but the logistics and support fell short. I ordered three pairs of shorts specifically for an upcoming event, but they arrived two weeks late and missed the date entirely.
What was more frustrating was the lack of communication. I reached out to customer support twice during the delay to get an update, and I never received a response.
While I actually really like the quality and fit of the shorts now that they’ve arrived, the customer service experience was poor. If you’re on a timeline, be cautious. Oh and I was supposed to get a free sticker pack, didn’t get that either.
Sweatshirt is cheap material and feels like a 10 dollar vacation hoodie. Do not buy. Customer service hasn't responded in two weeks to my request and multiple emails
Horrible products, even worse customer service. Do not purchase anything from this company. Cove USA products are boarder line a scam. It’s ran by two twin “bro dog” brothers who have ego’s as big as their wanna be pilot mustaches. Seriously though, these guys are only concerned about the horsepower in their next car. In the age of AI, this business will die with the hundreds of negative customer reviews littered online. Good luck dudes.
ordered a hoodie as a vday gift for my partner on feb 8th. got an email saying it was packed and about to be shipped on feb 12th, no activity since. couldnt get through to anyone so i literally had to DM the founder. tried lying to me saying that the shipping carrier lost it however the tracking link says they never even got it! totally scam, DO NOT BUY EVER. had to dispute my credit card, they wouldn't help me at all with a refund. complete fraud of a "company"
horrible shirts. returned right away and was only given store credit. no excuse for not giving full refund.
This company advertises 1–3 business day expedited shipping and charges an additional fee for that service. However, after placing my order and paying for expedited shipping, the product was shipped in a way that resulted in a 3–5 business day delivery timeframe, which aligns with standard ground shipping.
When a faster shipping option is advertised and paid for, the delivery method should reflect that service level. In this case, the shipping did not match what was advertised or purchased.
I reached out to address the discrepancy, but they placed responsibility on the carrier rather than offering a solution or correcting the issue. Customers should be cautious when selecting the expedited shipping option if the shipment is not actually being sent using an express service.
The pants I ordered didn't fit/look right, and I sent them back. They won't refund. There was nothing else I was remotely interested in. I told them that, and they said it's their policy *not* to issue refunds.
Sizing was wrong. Will not issue refund or credit even though they had my return for 11 days and counting. This company is not good.
Ordered based on a 5” inseam listing. Shorts received were significantly longer and oversized. Company only offered store credit if I paid return shipping, despite the discrepancy.
Wont let you return your purchase. You can only get store credit back? Who does that? Scam company and product fits like garbage
Purchased pants labeled size 36, but they fit significantly larger - falling off and unwearably baggy.
When I requested a return and refund, I was told they only offer store credit (with a 15% bonus) or exchanges - no refunds to original payment method.
Their customer service manager claimed their policy "clearly states" store credit only, despite having contradictory information on different pages of their website.
When I pointed this out, they insisted the only "current" policy is store credit.
For a $160 purchase with clear sizing defects, being forced to accept store credit rather than a refund is poor customer service.
If you're buying from Cove, know that you cannot get your money back if something doesn't fit properly - only store credit.
Update: Had to file a credit card dispute to get my money back.
I had a very disappointing experience with Cove USA and cannot recommend this company.
My order was delivered to the wrong address by the shipping carrier, who confirmed the package was not recoverable. The shipper directed me to contact Cove for a refund since the item was lost through no fault of my own.
Instead of promptly addressing the issue, Cove forced me to wait a full 10 days from the delivery date before they would even discuss a refund. After this unnecessary waiting period, they refused to refund my money to the original payment method. They would only offer store credit—even after I explicitly requested a refund to my original form of payment and made it clear I did not want store credit.
I never received my product due to the shipper's error, yet Cove refused to make it right with an actual refund. Being forced to accept store credit for an item I never received is completely unacceptable customer service.
I would not recommend doing business with this company. Their refund policies do not protect customers when things go wrong, and their customer service falls far short of what should be expected.
Purposely tries to mislead people in their advertising of a “weighted” hoodie. Will not give you money back for this shady practice. Awful business tbh.
