Their customer service is non-existent. I had a delivery issue I needed resolved and asked for help. NO reply at all. Stay away from them.

This is a SCAM.. please BEWARE, don't get caught. I ordered a PS4 in November 2021 in plenty of time for my child's Christmas present, foolish me. Despite numerous emails to Shopconsole.com asking for clarification as to when I would receive the item I purchased & whether or not it would arrive on time, I was told it would be quicker to wait & receive the item when I asked for a refund..very unclear vague emails in reply... Why bother at all??? Despite my numerous emails to them, I received no indication that the item had been dispatched. I contacted my bank to get a charge back to my account. Shopconsole.com then sent a very vaguely detailed 'copy' courier letter to the bank in response & took the money from my account AGAIN. The item was never delivered to me. It's out of my hands now as the bank are dealing with it but I'm not hopeful, as they are total scammers. Absolutely disgraceful company...to do this to families & children at Christmas time. Or any time. STAY AWAY don't fall for this website. You'll get the item you need somewhere else, don't go here. Otherwise you won't have the item or your money.

I ordered on the 22 ND October still no delivery and I keep emailing them and the same poxy reply..we will let u know 😡😡😡😡,, Thank you shopconsoles,for RUINING Christmas for him..if there is a Christmas miracle it arrives beforehand,I'd be in shock...I'm in tears 😭😭😭😭 writing this
