Following up. I emailed customer service and engaged with their automated chat, yet again. Just like before there has been no help, no response, no product, no refund, and no resolution.

Placed the order on July 8th, it was supposed to arrive between the 17th and 20th, it says that I has been delivered on the 23rd but where???!!! I asked neighbors to check their mailbox, but nobody have received anything! I require my money back immediately. I literally gave birth in between the delivery time. Give me my money back now!

Bad experience
Unfortunately, I have to give this place 1 stars. There was some miscommunication at the beginning about the lashes I wanted, however once the set was finished, it honestly looked like I barely had lashes on at all.
I was offered the option to come back the following morning to have them removed and redone, but I was disappointed that I was charged an additional amount on top of the $95 I had already paid.
The removal and complete new set were then done in under an hour, which felt extremely rushed considering a full set would normally take around 1.5 hours or more. When I got up, I could clearly see areas that had been missed and the overall result still wasn’t what I expected.
My eyes were also stinging quite badly during the appointment, and there was no follow-up to check whether the stinging had settled before I left.
Unfortunately, I’m now having to spend another $150 elsewhere to have them properly redone. After paying for the original set, paying extra to have it corrected, and still being unhappy with the result, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon to a friend.

Customer service is great on Cider's…
Customer service is great on Cider's end, but I think they need to stop using the UniUni delivery service. I have had two packages lost by the service. However, Cider is eager to offer reshipment or store credit for the lost orders with ease and quickness.

Helpful customer service. I had ordered two of the silver sweater clips but unfortunately received one silver and one gold and I spoke to customer service about it. Unfortunately they have not been able to send me the replacement pack, but have now issued a full refund. Thank you.

Got 100% store credit for unreceived items
Royal mail "delivered" my package but it was not in the photo. Cider was able to do either reshipment or store credit. They dealt with the claim quickly and it was easy to get in contact (unlike some companies that take you to various unhelpful support pages with no real way to contact someone or even a virtual assistant).

Great customer service
This is the second time I order with Cider.
The first one in April 2026, I had a problem with the french delivery service used by Cider. The delivered broke my mailbox.
For my second order, in July 2026, I received a product with a manufacturing defect.
For both orders the customer service was very nice and listened carefully to my problems. They helped me a lot. Despite the problems I encountered, I will continue to order with Cider as the products are really good and feel nice to wear and the customer service is very professionnal.

Worst company ever!!
Worst company ever!!! So bad customer service! They take such long time, a week to answer, don't sort the problem, clothes overprice cause the material extremely cheap!!! You wash once and the clothes gone! The clothes are very poorly made and come apart extremely easily. After just one wear, the fabric pills very easily. If the item has a suede like finish, it quickly develops holes because the material literally falls apart, like a cotton ball unraveling. The quality is absolutely terrible.
The earrings also tarnished after the very first time I wore them.
On top of that, the rewards system is a complete scam. As soon as you earn enough points or check ins to claim a reward, the app resets your progress back to zero and won’t let you redeem anything!
This is honestly the worst shopping app I’ve ever used. I would not recommend it!!!
