Dress arrived damaged (one strap was not attached). Customer service has stated that they will send a refund in 48 hours, free of charge. It was a bit difficult figuring out how to get a replacement, which had to be done via chat. The dress also came with a shirt that was great. A little cheap, but it arrived on time and looked exactly like the picture. Only part of my order arrived, so I hope the second shipment arrives soon.

Lowkey customer service is actually pretty good, which I wasn't expecting. I had my $145 package stolen off of my front steps. I contacted the Live Agent support and they offered me a 100% credit or for the items to be reshipped -- I wasn't expecting them to be able to do anything honestly, so this was fantastic! I chose the latter, as I still want the clothes. I'm so glad it was easy and fast.

CIDER is pretty awesome
This app makes it very easy to find the right clothes and accurate measurements. All of the clothes I have bought have come at a perfect size and there are very nice coupons that they give as well. The customer service module is also extremely helpful!
