They really do not deserve a 1 star. I have been trying to return clothes since before Christmas. The quality is terrible. They are all an acetate blend.. almost a Halloween costume quality. I want a refund they will only issue a store credit..that is not what they say on the website. They say they will send you a prepaid package back. Everything looks so cute on line... but not when you get 4-5 weeks later. Colors are off as well. Just stand by your refund policy. At this point until I get my money back.. I have no choice but to share with others. Could have kept things to myself if you just would refund

How I wish I’d visited this page before I was tempted to buy, what looked like, a lovely hooded cardigan. What did I receive many weeks later? A cheap and nasty v neck sweater. I complained and the received a hooded cardigan but nothing like the one in the picture.

I live in Mexico so I had to place my order and have it shopped to friends in the US . Took almost 8 weeks to arrive . Our friends arrived in Mexico with my order , I was excited to receive my new things . I ordered a dress and 3 T-shirt’s . The t shirts were very disappointing not the same as the photo with thin cheap fabric . Then the dress ... I am 5’4” 107 lbs I ordered a size 4 . The dress is too small barely can zip it up , usually I can wear a size 2 . The fabric is also disappointing, thin , cheap . Because of logistics being here in Mx it would be too complicated to return the items and dealing with this company is impossible. So lesson learned , always read the reviews about a company before purchasing .

Never received my order, its been over 7 weeks..custumer service doesnt care ..keep sending me a weird link for a tracking number that has not been updated for 4 weeks. DO NOT BUY !

Worst online shopping experience ever! Made full payment in Sept! It’s Dec now! Haven’t even received my item ! Poor customer service! No reply until I sent “nasty” email! Threaten to report their Facebook page! Only they replied my email! finally got my tracking number 3 months later! Well.. still haven’t received my item as of today. I hv gv up on them! Hopeless! worst ever!

My wife's dress came today omg looked awful dosent fit properly she's a size 10 dress supposed to be figure hugging to show of her figure was more like a bin bag God knows how this is one of there best sellers won't use again

Absolute rubbish, poor quality fabric and poor workmanship, mine ended up in the bin. Hideous polyester "beach dress" and I would never purchase from this site again.

if I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst clothing and accessories you can possibly buy. Especially for the prices! I thought I was doing something for myself for once, but it ended up back firing. Absolutely terrible, CRAP. Nothing fits, nothing is even remotely close to good quality, and there's no money back, just replacements or credit. Ridiculous. I don't even know how they sleep at night running this terrible "business".

Oh Surprise surprise asked them to contact me as there emails just get sent back to you, and guess what NO CONTACT from this so called scam of a business!!!! They take your money and produce crap and wont return your money on there so called 30 day guarantee, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PEOPLE!

Horrible!!! The clothes on website aren’t even close to what they send you! This comes from China so it takes 6 to 8 weeks. The clothes are thin garbage dollar store clothing. Do Not Waste a dime on this place!

I was worried after reading these reviews! I have to say my experience was nothing like the negatives I've read. It took less time than the company stated to receive my order and was provided with a tracking number that accurately stated where my order was en route. I ordered the cute little plaid tunic and love it. The arms are a bit tight but manageable. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase!

I received my items, which did not fit. I have sent multiple emails about returning for a refund. I have received only one response asking me to take a picture of the items for a store credit. Since refusing to do that and demanding a refund, I have heard nothing. I will now contact my credit card company. There is no phone number to call and emails are ignored. I will not use this company again. Lesson learned.

Did never receive my items (ordered 6months ago now).. They keep on replying with automatic emails and false tracking links. Thankfully my credit card insurance had refunded me for this scam.

Ordered a dress in q size up from what I would normally wear to be safe and it came approx 2 sizes smaller. Was nothing like the picture. Massive disappointment.

I’ve just received my ‘dress’ and it is so badly made and does not correspond to your chart sizes at all. There are stringy bits hanging from it and it is an extremely poor copy of the picture you advertised.Not only did it take over 6 weeks to arrive, it is the worst quality and cheaply made garment I have ever ordered online....it looks absolutely nothing like the picture!! All those reviews were correct about your company being a sham.

I have contacted you twice about returning this cheap looking piece of cloth and getting a complete refund, but you have failed to respond both times.

I will never order from your badly run company again and will be spreading the word that your clothing looks nothing like the pictures you advertise.

Extremely let down and disappointed!!!

It took 5 full weeks to receive the two items, although I noticed that my account had been charged at about the third week. The two items were very cheaply made and of poor quality. My usual size is Medium, but these were too small. I am requesting a shipping label and a refund.

This companies sizing is not remotely suitable for the US market. I ordered a Medium in a top as per their sizing charts and when it arrived it was sized for a child, so I went ahead and allowed them to reship me the same top in the largest size 3XL (mind you I'm a size 8-10 petite) and when it came, it's probably the size of a 2/4 women's normally. DO NOT order from them unless you are EXTREMELY petite, like you have to wear children's clothes most of the time! It will just be frustrating and not worth the effort. They do try to be accommodating in getting you another size but it's honestly just a futile effort with the size of their garments.

I ordered a Medium size top which arrived but I cannot even get my arms into it! Very disappointing as it is nice but definitely not a medium!!

This is a BIG SCAM. I ordered 7 July 2017 and still have not received my order or my money payback after tons of emails!!!!!! Nearly 4 months later! My order number #155388 - 7 July 2017 (7) items. Please read these reviews before ordering, i which i did!!!!
