Scam website. They never reply to any feedback and they will steal your credit card information. It is a Chinese Company. Never trust it.

This is company that presents itself as Canadian and then ships from China. Massive delays and I might be charged brokerage fees on top. The cost is about twice of same batter on Aliexpress and little cheaper than at Canadian competition. They are deceptive when when called on it they stopped communications. DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE IN CANADA. batteryone . ca IS SHIPPING FROM CHINA. I expected to have battery in couple days and it has been 10 days and it is still in China.

Purchased a hard to find battery for my Bell Fibe modem. The battery was never detected. I requested an RMA # to return the item. The company decided that shipping back to China would be too epensive so I got a refund. No hassle and good communication.

After having issues with the product and having contacted the vendor, I was very happy about the results. I was issued a refund after a few email exchanges.

I purchased 2 batteries. One of them was perfect. The other looked a little suspicious to me and possibly counterfeit. It took a bit of back and forth to fully explain the issue to support. It did not look like the picture or as advertised to me. They fully refunded me as stated in their policy.

The company is a seller not a manufacturer and they carry an enormous number of products. It is reasonable to believe some items could have problems.

I am confident in saying nearly all the products are genuine and as listed. If you have any problem with your order rest assured there is no intentional fraud or deceptive advertisement.

The short story. Every company has occasional problems and my order did. They honored their word and policies which is the very best thing any company can do in my opinion. If you have a problem they will make it right.

Will continue to use for future purchases.

I purchased a battery from Shopbattery.ca, however they did not ship the battery because it failed their quality control. I contacted customer service and communicated with Eva. I indicated that I would like a refund and a refund was issued immediately. I am very happy with this type of service. If I need to purchase any other computer accessories, I will certainly purchase from this company.

Used this company to purchase a hard to find battery for my Sony laptop. Although the battery ended up being the wrong one due to incorrect information on computer, I was satisfied with their service for receiving battery and return of battery/refund. The battery seemed to be in very good condition as well.

Can I give a -5 star rating. Slow shipping time, triple what was promised. Wrong Product. Looks like a used product. one month to get a response about replacement. Now fighting with Paypal to get refund. Stay away from this shop!!!!!!!

Ordered a battery a week ago with express shipping (suppose to arrive 5-8 work days). Till today the order status is still pending. Nobody responds from customer service. Money has been taken. I think it is a scam.

Edit: Time has passed since I was asked by them to write a positive review for them in exchange of a refund for a faulty product, so I changed my star rating down from 4 to 3 and modified the contents to reflect my honest opinion on my experience

I bought two batteries at once from them for a Dell Latitude E5440 and a Precision 3520, both of which came in a bit later than I expected and the batteries are in good shape while the Dell logos are covered with markings.

The Latitude E5440 battery works great, while the Precision 3520 battery came in as defective; it has problems being detected unless the laptop is powered on a specific way.

I emailed their support address regarding my issue and that's when I heard back, I found out that they're a Chinese based company despite them trying to appear Canadian, I then eventually got my refund in exchange of a "Positive review" on Trustpilot and Resellerratings.

Well Gang! 200% Satisfied and Impressed!

Simply Priceless... I was having issues with my ASUS laptop and was about to throw it away, then I looked for a Battery as last resort and found Shopbattery. Not only the battery was original, and the decent price but it Shipped in less than a week and the battery is working even better than when I bought the whole thing. Its been almost 3 weeks and Its still holds the charge. I already bought another batt for an HP and cant wait to be amazed again. You can purchase with confidence!

I would highly recommend Shopbattery. I ordered three batteries, two laptop and one tablet. Very good quality and excellent charge time. I ordered from Canada so expect the shipping to take a little longer but it is worth it.

I was in the market searching for a new battery for my aging but very useful laptop which I can safely state is an extension of me and is like a personal secretary.

I had many challenges that I faced. I needed a battery which would be as good or better than the original battery that my laptop had come with.
I wanted to buy from a reputable firm that would stand behind its product.
With changes in international laws pertaining to transportation of lithium ion batteries, it is well known that many careers refuse transport of batteries and mostly local laws and customs are to blame (an attempt with a different supplier had already failed through Europe).

Doing a web search I stumbled upon shopbattery and got in touch with their customer support before placing an order. Simply filling out the online web-based form resulted in a response from the customer service representative (Eva) who answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Following are the reasons that I placed an order through shopbattery

1. They accepted PayPal in addition to other modes of payment. For me PayPal has been extremely reliable and hence I felt comfortable.
2. I was assured that the shipment will be sent through “registered mail”.
3. I was provided with a reasonable time frame for the international registered mail with explanation for all stages of shipping and handling, this helped ease off my anxiety.
4. And most importantly, I was assured that if for airline/custom issues my battery will be stopped at any stage, I will be offered an immediate refund.

What else could a buyer desire in addition to the above-mentioned assurances! Additionally the quality of the battery cells, the specifications and the warranty provided is what made me finally place the order. I have to admit I was somewhat anxious after placing the order since it took the tracking information a few days before it could become available online but the customer care representative was always available and provided me with answers to any queries that I had while explaining the different stages of shipping internationally. The best part was that the email response by the customer service to my queries sent late in the evening always arrived by 9:30 pm eastern standard time, ensuring I had an answer before going to sleep.

Now that the battery has arrived, I am a very happy camper. It came almost half-way charged, hence I was immediately able to use it and take my laptop wherever I wished. Initially I felt that the battery didn’t last long enough but realized that this being a high capacity battery (9-cell) compared to my original (6-cell) would require calibration. Hence a quick online look-up landed me on the Hewlett Packard web site, and after utilizing their methodology, my battery has been superb. I used my six year old powerhouse laptop for 3 hours non-stop and the battery was still at 50% last night. Please note that this laptop has a 1 terabyte hard drive in the main bay while I also have a 2 terabyte hard drive in the DVD chassis (acting as an additional storage and backup). This setup is pretty demanding on the battery and utilizing the laptop’s Power Saver options with minor tweaking of the screen brightness and other options has made my life happy. I have never had such a long battery life on my laptop in the past and am hoping that this battery that I purchased through shopbattery continues to perform like it is currently doing for many coming months. Even in the unlikely event the battery will eventually fail, because of my positive experience with shopbattery, I will make my next purchase through them and will highly recommend them to anyone searching for batteries for their laptops.

Three companies had my battery, one "lost" my package, but after dispute they return money against to send new goods. second not comunicate.

Miss Eva send to me, that battery is not on stock, but if I will wait one month, they will make some batteries. They promise, they have sent and I have reincarnated my NTB ! ;-)

This wasn't my first purchase. Just as before the service was quick and hassle-free. They made sure I had chosen the right battery and when the battery arrived, it was great!

Shopbattery is a great online shop. I found the power supply for my company's laptop as a good price. I had few worry and the after sale service was very helpful for me.
