1st thing, why am I forced to give even 1 star (which it doesn't earn) - it's like giving a rating to someone who burgled your house, gets caught and you have to give a rating?? Ridiculous. If you buy... See more

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Not only did I never receive the item I bought, it is a trick to get you to “subscribe” for $49 a month for nothing.

They do not even deserve a 1

They do not even deserve a 1! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! They are scams, when you buy anything they charge you $49 a month for a subscription you do not even know your signing up for. You have been warned.

My story is the same as others

**UPDATE**
I've been communicating with these crooks via email. I finally told them not to worry about it. My bank would take care of it. In the time it took to send that email, come here, write a review, I received an email of apology and informing me the $49 refund has already been initiated. In other words - they definitely don't want banks looking at them**
My story is the same as others. Apparently on the check out page there's some fine print when you check the box for free shipping that signs you up for some kind of membership for what I do not know, but it's $49 a month. I'm calling my bank. I managed to " cancel" my so called membership but I don't think I'm interested in paying $68 for one pair of freakn eyelashes

SLow

Ordered one very small item and over one week later the order has still not been processed, but yet they charge my credit card. When I inquired, I got a response the next day that said they are processing my order.

Chase Bank issues Fraud warnings against them.

Yet to receive my $9.99 toilet brush; glad that is all I bought and we will see (bet it was 2.00 on Temu). But like others here, they tried to scam 49.00 out of me that was never agreed too,; in fact their 'invoice' stated my Red Planet membership was free! Nice to know their attempt to do so trigured a scam alert at Chase! So their criminal activity is catching up to them. But, had to change my card number and the hassle that goes with that. BUYER BEWARE, and shame on you Instagram/Meta for not caring who advertises with you...

I would give this one star if I could

I would give this one star if I could. I bought some of their magnetic eyelashes off tiktok and now I'm getting charged $49 a month that I never agreed to and that I was never informed of for a fraudulent membership. When I search my email for their name, it doesn't come up with any memberships. I had to go to their website and dig around to even find that they automatically sign you up for one when you buy items from them on tiktok. Complete fraudulent charges. They literally charged me for 6 months without my awareness for over $230. This is just absolutely insane and they haven't even responded to my email requesting a refund. Do not buy their products on tiktok 😞

Not worth 1 star

Not worth 1 star, I didn't order anything, I added to cart. I was charged 39 dollars and 4 days later 7.99. I got into a chat they agreed to cancel this unwanted membership and refund my money so I will be watching for that.

Membership Scam and subsequent charges

I would have given a zero if possible.

I bought a small item for $5.99 at Shop at Mars. They added RedPlanet Membership to the order at no cost. Since it was at no cost, I didn't reject it. However in subsequent months they charged my card $49 a month for this unwanted "membership". I had to cancel my card to stop it. It's a scam.

This is a scam

This is a scam, you buy something small then they set up a DD on your card. It’s varying amounts and they start small. Avoid, they have been reported to HSBC Fraud dept, but everyone affected need to report them.
