I recently received a delivery from your company. All seemed perfect until I opened one of the kits to find it was missing an integral part. After sending emails to, and receiving them from Merry in the customer service department, the problem was readily solved. I ordered several products. One arrived broken. Immediately I contacted the company and a replacement was issued. Shipping from overseas can be a challenge and the replacement was broken also. However, they pulled through again, repackaged even better and I received another replacement. Each time they did not question the problem, and they shipped the replacements quickly. Delivery does take time and you must be patient. I love the items I received; the quality is superb! Communication is fast and efficient. I will buy from them again.

My dogs ate my Diamond drills. I inquired on getting replacements. I was assured they could help me out in this regard.
