Scammers!!
I never signed up for membership with this company, or a company called Diy4dreams.com who have both debited me same time on the same date - twice, just days apart!!

I was (foolishly) trying to checkout an item for takealot via an ad that popped up on social media (lesson learned to only purchase via their actual website and not on ads ever again).

Thankfully I used my virtual card so they can no longer steal money from my bank account.

I will not be clicking on any links, which was sent to me via email with a promise of a refund if I leave a good review.

Your company can take that stolen money and choke on it!

I am charged every week for something I haven’t even recieved, scam this thing. Please bring back my money and stop debiting my card.

The fact that everyone I chat with was willing to help me cancel my membership especially Carmen. I salute her to put me at easy through the process of cancellation. What the company does well is the fact that they have different division of teams working together to make you feel special and supported. Continue doing your best Carmen.

I clicked to buy a dartboard via Google Shopping, filled in what I thought was a guest form to complete the purchase and approved the payment in my banking app.

When I realised I hadn't received a confirmation for my order, I checked - and they took the money for the purchase as a payment for their 'exclusive membership plan'.

They had subsequently taken a further payment, almost as much again, to give me access to a higher 'tier' of membership.

I contacted them to cancel this so-called membership and arrange for my money to be refunded - they refunded the second payment and took a cancellation fee from my bank!

They then agreed to refund the cancellation fee, but not the original payment for the phantom dartboard.

I have been told several times that my concerns have been escalated to a manager, but they never appear.

And the 'customer service' chats end after six minutes mid-conversation because of the lack of activity at their end.
