Poor shipping standards
Ordered a tcg card directly from their website. The card arrived in a flimsy poly bag with zero rigid protection - no cardboard, no stiffener, nothing. The only thing between the card and the outside world was a thin plastic sleeve inside the poly bag. The top of the poly bag was severely bent on arrival. Had the bend occurred even slightly differently, the card would have been destroyed.
The card itself arrived with a curve/warp, which I’m now attempting to flatten out. For a card I paid nearly $30 for with grading potential, this packaging is completely unacceptable.
The card’s condition was otherwise okay, but I would not order again unless they significantly improve how they ship. If you’re ordering anything with grading or resale value, buyer beware.
