I would give zero stars if possible. I placed a $500 plus order and paid for overnight shipping. I paid for nine items. Only eight items were in the box along with my packing slip that said there were nine items and two other customers packing slips with all their items. After contacting customer service 5 separate times no resolution. All I was asking is for them to ship out the missing shirt that was still in stock. I did not ask for money back or any other compensation. Zero help awful customer service. Buyer beware! I now have to go through credit card company for fraud.

Even though human services weren’t available when I needed help I was able to talk to their bot to help me with my exact issue and it actually worked.

Service is always top tier!! Sales associates go above 100% to greet customers and always offer to help. Returns are never a problem.

The reason I gave a low experience. The cashier never told us about the return policy nor gave us the 20%off. It was like she only wanted money. Please explain the policy and give to the customers (discounts) this is how you lose customers

The manager was helpful and I could tell she had horrible team and was working with what she had. The rest of the staff was rude, unprofessional, and exhibited zero signs of customer service awareness. I asked one of the employee if she worked there and she said yes but I am busy and continued to walk away, another employee was telling us how it wasn’t her job to online orders and how the managers are supposed to do it. The third employee didn’t even knowledge us. I didn’t even want to order the pants at that point but did anyway because they are beautiful and unique. I suggest a retraining for your staff in customer service. This was the North Star location in San Antonio, Texas.

I’m in love with styling myself and my clients from this store (boutique ) so much variety and flavor from dressy to sassy n sexy . Quality of clothing last , hope to establish styling with this company soon. Beautiful to all ppl and all walks of life ! Fashion show bazaar!!
