I subscribed to this unknowingly and…

I subscribed to this unknowingly and Paula and the team helped me by cancelling my subscription and I am now awaiting a refund of the money taken from my account.
I just want to add that I have not yet received my refund even though I was assured I would. Therefore I would like to amend my review to a 0 star if even that. These companies are scamming people out of money.
Please be wary and do not get caught.

Outrageous

Outrageous. I never signed up for a membership. Money taken out of my account without knowledge, and while I was on my phone to the bank took out more money, even though they said they would refund. Bouncing off other platforms that the customer will not even recognising. Scam..... I would not give it even 1 star if I could. It has cause unnecessary stress with my bank claiming my money back
