you have ordered our cup holder, which is shown in grey colour in all photos on our website. The middle console of the car is also grey, which matches with the colour of the cup holder. This is why we have chosen grey over black.

Way to Big for sitting with In normal position. Not for normal use while driving unless you love your head forced forward to a uncomfertable position.

Perfect customer service
I ordered some items but 2 were missing and another one was the wrong item. Customer service replied swiftly and promised they would solve the issue. Mistakes can happen but here they are solved in a good way.
