I ordered a pair of running trainers, the item never left the German border (Evidence via DHL tracking), and was supposed to be shipped to Geneva where I ordered to. Shop4runners advised I had given the wrong address, this was completely inaccurate as I double-checked my address and confirm it was accurate. They then refunded the amount less shipping costs. I was penalised for their error and am left with no running shoes. Great customer service.

Everything went smoothly and the products were just right as described.

Product as ordered, fast shipping, everything perfect

Delivered pair of shoes was defective after less than two months use. After returning the shoes I got no response. 2 weeks later I asked about the state of process about the complaint and the substitute product was beeing delivered in between 2 days.

Everything is perfect.

They offered my running shoes very inexpensive and delivered two days after ordering. Good job!

It was easy to order and the delivery came within a couple of days to Switzerland. The price was amazing as well as you would buy this shoe at New Balance shop for 190 CHF still today. So great deal and could only advise runners to use this service of shop4runners!

Already my second order at shop4runners and again all has been without any problem: shipment arrived just couple of days after the ordering and my new shoes were just great! This company has a huge range of running shoes for unbeatable prices - even for the most actual models and special sizes (I needed 2E due to my wide foots) I'm sure, it hasn't been my last order here!

S t a y a w a y!! - worst experience ever - client service non-existing.

- ordered two pair of new shoes on 08th september 2022 - one pair of running shoes due to a foot injury.
- shop4runners web page allowed me to place the order and the money was withdrawn from my account. However, after several days, I was advised by e-mail, that part of the order was out of stock. I called the service desk and changed the colour of the shoes in question hence they actually were in stock.
- I received another e-mail that the goods were shipped from Germany.
- Nothing happend and many days passed by.
- I contacted service desk again and got a track and trace number for the parcel.
- I learned that the parcel actually just arrived to a nearby postoffice, but at no time, I was notified of the arrival by shop4runners courier service (DHL/ Postnord). If I hadn't reacted it would still be there or eventually sent back.
- Picked up the parcel and learned that Shop4runners sent me socks instead of the shoes ordered.
- Rejected the package of course and it was sent from Denmark back to Germany.
- Waited again and no response from Shop4runners and I had to contact the servicedesk again.
- I was told that it wasn't possible to send me the ordered goods before arrival of the parcel with the socks.
- I e-mailed them proof of delivery with a shop4runner rep signature - they actually received the parcel on 06th October.
- Now, the parcel is obviously lost in their inventory and still not found today on 11th October.
- Servicedesk advised that they would take action and sent me some kind of information before Monday 17th October (39 days of waiting time so far).
- With this kind of service level towards customers, I very much doubt its going to happen. If not, I have to contact my bank/ Visa card to have my money refunded.
- Mistakes happens but these arrogant procedures is incomprehensible. Happy clients is not a priority for this company. Athletes and potential clients - find another place to buy your gear - these guys are real amateurs.

14th October: response to Company statement of today> an e-mail payment notice was now sent out by e-mail (Auftrag) today asking for further remuneration of +100 eur. After this companys endless mistakes and ignorant policies penalizing their clients due to own mistakes, I am sure they go bankrupt within months. In case the money are actually wired back, it would be the first thing done right!!
