First class service!
Windwave’s head of ops Greg was great. I emailed following up on my order as I’d not heard and the windwave team replied immediately that their delivery agent must have lost the original parcel based on their despatch system. From there they dispatched a replacement with next day delivery and tracked the parcel progress until it was with me and remained in touch via email throughout.
