Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear on this occasion that our service did not meet your expectations.
I have investigated your order to get to the bottom of the delays. I have been able to locate your order from your order number on this review that was placed on January 31st at 19:39.
Our Warehouse dispatched your order in full on February 01st at 15:36 via our courier partners, APC. APC then delivered your order in full on February 3rd at 10:10. From when we received the order, to when it was delivered, the total time was 3-days.
Our online store says 'Next day delivery if ordered before 11AM'. Unfortunately, you're order was a few hours past that, so it was despatched the following day. However, it does show APC took two days to deliver your order which was shipped on a next-day service, so please accept my apologies on behalf of APC for this. I will pass this issue over to our logistics team to raise a complaint with APC directly.

I am very impressed with Wessex…
I am very impressed with Wessex Cleaning supplies. I would of give you five stars, but your delivery courier has let you down !! It took a week to get my delivery, to find out I was 5 litres of bleach missing! the guy said it would be here the following day waited all day nothing, contacted customer services who said the bleach would be here the next day 🙄
up until now I am still waiting ..... Sorry Wessex 😞 Thank you Wessex 😊 I finally received my bleach I am very Happy 😊
