The client service is non-existent since the past year
this used to be a decent and client-oriented online business with quite a nice choice. This was before they have been taken over some 2 years ago. Since then both the way of presentation and the client service have deeply deteriorated. My last experience is quite frustrating: due to change of email address I do not have access to my personal data and hence cannot unsubscribe. I have explained this in 3 emails to the client ''service'' which is apparently no more than an (not very intelligent) AI robot. They promised help - but this is also already 2 months ago - I still keep on receiving their overwhelming spam (every day) despite my kind request to stop my ''subscription''.

Nothing negative to say. Smooth transaction process, good communication and correct delivery time.
However I don't usually shop at VP anymore, I preferred it when it was still Vente Exclusive (easier filter methods and extra discount a few hours before the sale closes.)

Package will arrive when you turn 100 years old
Product is as described and cheaper than most stores, it is just that the shipping takes a minimum of 30 days, you will not hear anything for 3 weeks and then get a shipping number that does not work.

Below standard …so little service
No visibilty on when delivery Will take Place until After the order is placed. Hardly any relevant filtering . Sometimes not even on size. Delivery takes extremely long. Return process is below standard . Even once goods are reported as being shipped , delivery often still takes more than a week

We regret the lack of visibility on delivery timing pre‑purchase, the limited filtering options (notably by size), extended delivery lead times, and the return process that fell below expectations.
Sorry if these topics led to a not‑so‑great shopping experience.
Please know that the estimated delivery period is always shown in your shopping cart before you proceed to the payment page.
You can always check this so you are not surprised by a longer wait afterwards.
Regarding the available filters, this depends on the information we have available in the system which is applied automatically.
Of course we always want to improve this so I will definitely pass your feedback to our sales team.
For your return, you only need to request the return online and print both the return form and the prepaid shipping label from our website.
Within 14 days we try to process each return in our warehouse.
An automated email will be sent to you regarding the refund.
As we work with several warehouses abroad, it might indeed take a bit more time before you see any movement in the shipment of your order.
Of course, you should receive the package within the given estimated time!
If any issues arise with one of your orders, don't hesitate to contact us.
We are more than happy to help you out.

Clearly used before
Well the original package was clearly open and the at least one of the items was slightly used. They were not wrapped in the original plastic anymore but it was all loose and open in the box. So I am clearly not the first owner. Which is not ok, as it is not advertised like that.

All good up to now, but there is still room forimprovement
My experience up to now has been very positive. No issues with the delivery or the quality of the products received. Hope it stays as such!
I would still have a couple of points for improvement:
1. When purchasing 2 or 3 things you charge delivery costs for each product purchased. It would be nice if you charge delivery costs only once per order and not by product.
2. Package dimensions are to be improved.

i got what i ordered, no comments there.
but the box used to send the parcel was 3 times the size of the item, which ment I was at the parcel shop with my bike (as it normally could fit in my bike bags) but had to walk home :D

The delivery took too long and the product does not correspond to the pictures that were used to advertise it. Lame. This is not the first time that happens with shoes and it is possibly the las time that I order from Veepee, since they charge to deliver and to return orders.
