We have been with TXU for so many years I have lost count so many at least 40 years. Our monthly bill is very reasonable. If there is a power outage we are notified for how long and when the problem is solved. I would highly recommend TXU.

I received an over $800 bill for the month of February. It is a VACANT property. No one is there. I talked to customer service and was told that there is nothing I can do about it. It is weather related. My question to you is... if this is the cost of a bill on a vacant property, what is the cost for people who went through the freeze with full households? People who live paycheck to paycheck? People who don't need another setback because they have enough on their plates? Because of this, I will no longer be recommending you to my many tenants and will no longer be using you for my utility needs between tenancies. I just wanted to make sure it is known that you take advantage of the vulnerable in times of disaster and deserve to go out of business. I will be spreading the word. You have not only lost my business, but the business of many tenants because I will be heavily promoting an alternative.

Though I am a little upset still at the circumstances of even needing to contact customer service (changing the due date of my bill to date sooner in the month without telling me) Angel was very quick on resolving my issue and I am satisfied with the resolution.

It seems no matter which plan I choose the prices are a bit higher then expected. But the customer service is well knowable and does their best to help with any service concerns that might be needed.
