I’ve read some poor reviews about Dig so was slightly wary. However, they have been superb. I ordered Robert Plant Saving Grace on preorder to get a presale code for his concerts. Code arrived as prom... See more

So Dig! is still living up to its "worst vinyl retailer" award. Ordered 2 records on 30th December, which were (allegedly) in stock on that date. Still showing as "packing" on January 17th. So I... See more

I ordered Rod Stewart’s latest album
I ordered Rod Stewart’s latest album, The Tears of Hercules on vinyl. This was a limited edition and should have come with a card signed by Rod Stewart. Rod Stewart posted a video of himself signing the cards and told us to order the record using the link on his Instagram bio, which I did.
The record turned up last week with no autographed card and a damaged inner sleeve where the record had been pushed through the other side causing it to rip and bend.
I have emailed Dig! to make them aware of the issues. An automatic response told me it can take up to 3 working days for a response. I am now on 4 working days without a response and there are no contact numbers I can find to call them. I follow some Rod Stewart fan pages on Facebook and it appears that several others have also had similar issues with their orders from Dig! What a shambles.
Has to be the worst company I've ever…
Has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. Pre-ordered a CD a month before it was released. Still not got it a week after the release date. No communication at all just says packing on the website. Very conveniently haven't got a phone number. Have to complain online and be ignored.
Terrible service and communication
Terrible service and communication. Ordered some LPs well in advance of the release date which came and went without any sign of them. Sent an email and despite a promise to respond within 3 days, had to email them again after 4 days. I got a quick response to this one berating me for having the audacity to contact them again. Like others, I was told that my order was stuck at the processing stage and it had now been escalated. A further 2 weeks went by before I received a shipping notification and they were delivered. They were quite well packaged but having placed and order and taken the payment immediately, it shouldn’t fall to the consumer to chase up delivery. If multiple orders are ‘stuck in the processing stage’ and need to be ‘escalated’, then the ordering system clearly isn’t fit for purpose and staff shouldn’t get annoyed when customers justifiably enquire as to the status of their order. I won’t be rushing to use them again and hope that artists will avoid using them in the future. Avoid if possible.
Worst online retailer in the World EVER !
Worst online retailer EVER
I also pre-ordered the Echo & The Bunnymen records back in September and they finally arrived yesterday. Despite numerous enquiries I only received 1 reply and that told me not to contact them again !!
If you order from Dig! don't expect your goods to arrive on time and don't expect any meaningful correspondence from them
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE…
My wife preordered two Echo and the Bunnymen ltd edition records from Dig ! Store weeks before their release date of October 22nd. The link was on the Bunnymen's website so it never entered our minds there would be any problems. How wrong we were. All of the same issues highlighted by others. They took our £53 very efficiently of course.By October 30th we started to think something wasnt right. We had heard nothing, no dispatch email or any update on any delay so we emailed them. A week later we received a curt reply stating the order had got stuck in the system and hadnt reached the depot. That was it. We sent a second email. Nothing back. Terrible communication. No way of contacting anyone aside via email. We are still to receive the records. They actually sent a dispatch email yesterday triumphantly announcing our goods are on the way.,Yeah great, only three weeks late dispatching and months after payment, thanks. i shudder to think how long they will take to arrive and what condition they will be in.Dig ! Store are the worst online vinyl record seller we have come across bar none. A truely shocking online retailer. Avoid like the plague.
NB. Please dont confuse Dig ! Store with Dig Vinyl, who are a very good trustworthy Liverpool record store and online shop.
As before with other customers
As before with other customers, BEWARE! Do not ignore these reviews and definitely do not part with any money upfront for pre orders! I ordered a 4LP Bundle, no dispatch, chased up & guess what “stuck in processing”! Too many cases, has to be nonsense! I paid months in advance and yet I see these same items available on EBay now for horrendous inflated prices, but mine couldn’t be dispatched???? I two of my pre order money back, but the other has had to go through PayPal dispute, very slow process. Unprofessionally run service, really really appalling! Why would Warner Music attach their name to this supplier is unfathomable!
Don't bother buying from Dig! Store
Dig! Store is utter garbage. I ordered two records from them almost two weeks ago and I'm still waiting to receive them. I've had one response which took four days and their excuse for not dispatching them was...'oh they are stuck in the processing stage' Well, why are they stuck in the processing stage???? And when will they be dispatched? Don't expect to receive any answers, I haven't.
Dig! Store is part of Warner Online music so I'm very surprised that they are affiliated with Warners. Crap customer service, crap store. Save yourself frustration and use another online store. I definitely will not be buying from them again.
Truly awful experience
Truly awful experience. Don't expect your order to dispatch without having to chase it up by email. A response takes 3 days and its always the same excuses. Stuck at warehouse etc. This company represents some of the biggest artists in the world..how they get away wuth such an amateur set up is astounding. Frustrating to say the least,
Avoid
One of the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered from either a brick and mortar store or and online retailer.
Placed an order over four weeks ago and still not received my items. There has been a lack of communication on their behalf and have not given a reason why items have yet to be dispatched
Reading other reviews I can see that I am not the only one who has experienced such shockingly poor service from them.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this shambles of a company!! Pre ordered a vinyl bundle on 16th September no updates take barely a response and the only reply was my order got stuck in processing. Which seems to be the same for everyone surprisingly. Taken my money and getting no reply. DONT EVER USE THEM.
An absolute shambles of a company.
Pre-ordered 4 records on 9th Sep with a release date of 21st Oct. A week after release day still no delivery or confirmation of shipping. Contacted them & after 3 days they advised that my order was "stuck" and would be processed asap. Now 4th Nov and still no delivery or confirmation that they've been posted. Absolutely woeful customer service. Worst online shopping experience that I've ever had, chargeback beckons.
***UPDATE 23/11/21***
Never did receive the goods, had to raise a claim through paypal to get my money back - Dig didn't even bother to respond to the paypal claim. Can't stress enough that this company is the absolute worst - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
Where are my records?
Simply put. Preorder records for release day and they will not be sent on, let alone for that date. Awful service.
Fake website
Fake website, placed an order never came up. Their website says Warner Recoding Music, there is no affiliation with Warner Music, avoid at all costs or you will lose some money!!!

I paid extra to get a record for my Sons birthday, no delivery yet, no response from my wmail (of course no phone contact either)
Disappointed Son this morning and certainly wont shop here again
My Worst Online Shopping Experiance!!
Shambolic! I am not exaggerating when I say this is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! Unfortunately, they have been prone to releasing exclusive ‘strictly limited’ editions, in this instance, of previously unreleased albums, by David Bowie. Specifically, the ‘Brilliant Live Adventures’ collection; limited quantity albums, each released monthly. Quite the ordeal and not an adventure! What an ill-conceived, less than brilliant bungled disaster, but that’s another story! And if you are unfortunate enough to find an exclusive limited edition that you really must have on their site, please only buy via PayPal, as their ineptitude has no limits. Also, be aware customer service is by email only and it can take 10-14 days to actually get a reply! In most cases a very polite but, vague and unhelpful response, which means you have to contact them all over again for the same ongoing run-around.
Getting a reimbursement off them took me 4 months! It should have been £10 minimum for extra cost and hassle they caused me, as my CD failed to arrive due to being improperly addressed by them. It completely sold out waiting for their response. So I had to pay twice as much for it on Ebay:( They were extremely reluctant to offer the additional £11 I forked out, through their mistakes, and offered me a measly 10% off voucher. But after 4 months of wrangling, and multiple emails, I eventually got, onto of my Paypal retrieved my original payment, a £5 reimbursement from this major record company. Shameful! Seriously are these people for real? They obviously do not value their customers one bit. If you really have to buy from this company just hope your item, arrives in good time and condition, I would recommend using the tracked delivery option at an extra cost. Otherwise, you might have a lot of frustration and time-wasting from the incompetent half-arsed staff. I hope I never have to deal with this joke shop again. They are completely careless and screw up everything, just beyond unprofessional. And that goes for the Warner Music Group store also, which deal with the refunds .
