Product damaged on receipt, complaints ignored

In May 2023 a bottle of Macallan Folio 7 I purchased for £360 had arrived with the metal box well dented. As the package had been well packed, it's almost impossible for this to be damaged by the courier. The big dent must have existed before shipment but Macallan had chosen to send it out to me anyway. After contacting them by several means (including messages sent via the Contact Us page, and emails to senior management...) To my surprise, all have been totally ignored.

Flavours are good, but …

These reviews are a puzzle with little about MacAllan whisky itself. So, the flavours are good, uncomplicated, and almost quaffable, certainly enjoyable. I didn’t get the expected flavours from the 12 year sherry oak casks as I thought I might although I didn’t try the non-sherry casks to compare. Also, 40% is disappointing and weak. Just to add, the best whisky, for me, is not necessarily from Scotland, but from Norfolk.

One of the most professional companies…

One of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with.

Macallan are great to deal with, totally professional and always deliver.

Ive used them lots of times. Once, an expensive bottle was delivered with a damaged collectors box. They replaced the box without hesitation.

I am very disappointed with the behavior of Macallan's management because my trip started at 4 pm but after her break I want to go to the bar I found a closed door. It is senseless, unreasonable and scandalous if I spend 14 hours traveling one way I want to try whiskey which is impossible to taste anywhere else and here it is closed discrimination and unsatisfying trip that makes the least sense because it was not met by the Macallan promise ! And prescribed in the internal regulations and advertising.never go on trip on 4pm.
