Impressive level of customer service from Tea India.
Not because it’s good but because it manages to be both unhelpful, rude and dismissive all at the same time.
I noticed an issue with the delivery address within minutes of placing my order and contacted them immediately to have it corrected. Unfortunately no one dealt with it because the relevant person was on annual leave, so the order was sent out anyway!
The parcel was then marked as “delivered”, despite the fact that I never received it.
Customer service’s solution?
Refuse a refund and tell the customer it’s their problem.
For the sake of £20 they’ve managed to lose a customer permanently.
If you enjoy paying for products you’ll never receive and being told that’s perfectly reasonable, this is definitely the company for you.
