Delivery was awful, took 3 weeks to deliver as opposed to the estimated 1 week. Headrest is far too low for anyone tall, should be adjustable. Not sure how ergonomic the chair actually is

The chair is comfortable and supportive, easy enough to assemble as well. I’d recommend it for a home office or as an alternative to a gaming chair. However the freight company used in West Aus sucks, to say the least. So be prepared to be home regularly to wait for your chair to arrive or have it sent somewhere you’re certain it won’t get stolen from. I had my chair delivered to a “safe space” which ended up being the middle of my drive way in full view of the whole street.

Staff went above and beyond in terms of service and reaching out to me and ensuring that the delivery date is aligned.

Delivery came as expected though I was slightly disappointed with the chair height which fits more for smaller people.

This was the easiest office chair I've ever put together. Instructions for constructing and adjusting are easy to follow. It was a gratefully accepted Christmas present, so I assume it's nice to work in. There have been no complaints.

I was a bit sceptical tbh as it was a very expensive chair. The easiest chair to set up took me 1 minute as it's already sort of pre assembled. Best chair I have ever sat on for my back and I have scoliosis.

The customer service team works from abroad, making it difficult to interact with this team in real time.

The chair is generally comfortable, but the headrest is pointless. I have to look at the roof for my head to touch it as I can't get it set any more forward.
The arm rests are also annoying as they move so freely. It would be better if they locked in to position.

7-10working days are estimated for delivery. I got mu chair after 16bworking days.

In delivery day, The delivery crew called me at 6:45am that they will arrive in 10minutes.

Very bad service

So far, I’m happy with the product. Easy set up and use, seems comfortable but time will tell to whether it lives up to the expectation and price tag of a Steelcase chair.

I am scoring low due to the service. I should start by saying the representative from customer service who helped me was helpful and mostly responsive. But the issues were…
1) they sent me the wrong chair, then
2) got the wrong chair picked up before sending me a new one (felt like the priority was backwards)
3) when my chair was finally out for delivery the courier just delivered to someone else and allowed them to sign off on it even though my address was many suburbs away. I had to call the courier to explain it hadn’t been delivered before the issue was resolved.

When you pay for a premium product, you expect a decent level of service, which is why I am scoring low.

Let’s hope I don’t have issues with the chair in the foreseeable future.
