I keep receiving invoices and now collection letter from FEDEX demanding shipping payment when that was included in the purchase

I have purchased from your store on three different occasions. The quality is excellent and the items are beautiful, and I know that I need to place my orders well in advance to ensure they arrive on time, which I don’t mind. However, what I do mind is receiving the customs bills from FedEx. Because of these additional fees, the total cost of the items becomes quite expensive. I realize there may not be much you can do about this, but it has made me hesitant to purchase more products in the future.

Well as far as the product, I am happy and made a little fan super happy. But, since this review is about the experience, it really became the worst when I received a bill from Fedex for $77 USD for some pending duties.
If I paid for shipping, should thins be included? I hope someone contact me the Real Madrid Store because this is outrageous for the product I purchase. This should not happen, something like this should be disclose when purchasing from the store.

FedEx sent me a bill that I never informed about by Real Madrid.

I love the item selection, service and quality. My only ask would be the timing to my country which some times is longer than average days.

Great Sale prices. On time shipping.

The delivery was too late, despite charging extra, you guys failed to deliver timely, the printing on the shirt wasnt correct. You failed to adjust the font to size of the shirt, the shirt was a kids shirt, but size of the font was adult. Embarrassing, not referring anyone to RM store, I rather buy directly from adidas.

The shirt was made by high quality and the name that I asked for was pretty cool on the shirt and I received it inside of a good box and I loved it

Even though Item was returned because it was the incorrect size, it took 3 weeks for credit back and now I've received a 67 dollar invoice for taxes and duty on a Jersey I dont even have.

The product was fantastic, the only issue was the tariffs I have to pay for the shirts. The total tariffs were over half of the total purchase!
There was no indication that I was going to be responsible for them; if I knew that was the case, I wouldn't have brought my jerseys. I just wish there were a warning stating that there might be extra fees attached to the purchase, so at least I would be aware.
Product-wise, they were fantastic!

I’ve been ordering Real Madrid Authentic Jerseys over the years and it’s always been a professional experience. Getting jerssey from the best club in the world from their store in Spain is honestly something I will always cherish. I live in California and it’s my dream to go to a game but yes I always love the fact that the jerseys I wear come from the club store and not some store in America. I’ll always purchase the authentic kit from the club store that’s the only way. And you can see my history. I didn’t just start purchasing this year. Yes it’s always a 5 star experience and I appreciate Real Madrid so much for the joy they’ve brought me over the years. I always get compliments on my jersey and when people ask where I got it I always say from the Club Store in Spain at the Santiago Bernabeu

I am a Real Madrid fan for many years. But this experience is terrible, every year I buy the shirts of the year for me and my son. It took a long long time. And then after it arrived I got another bill for the taxes. All cost should be included to see how much is the total. I have not bought these articles. Very disappointed. I won't be using the store anymore.
