Honestly shocked at how awful the experience with Porsche has been, genuinely embarrassing for a brand with such a prestigious reputation.
I was sent the wrong item, and no return label was provided. Mistakes happen, and this would have been easy to forgive if the issue had been resolved promptly. Instead, after nearly 3 months of repeated chasing, and being fobbed off, I still have not received a return label.
Every time I follow up, I receive the same generic response: “We’ve shared this with the relevant department and will let you know when we hear back.” After 2.5 months, this excuse wears extremely thin — all that is required is a simple return label.
I also asked whether a refund could be issued while they sort out their internal issues, but was told no. As a result, I’m left with a product I never ordered and remain out of pocket, with no clear resolution in sight.
