No return cards for online buying as gifts!
Purchased 2 items ment for gifts, they would not issue return cards for the gift recipients, said the buyer is supposed to do any returns, even if its about the correct sizing! I waited until delivery and returned them myself for refund so I can buy new presents elsewhere...

Absolutely shocking experience at Mango…
Absolutely shocking experience at Mango in Sheffield Meadowhall. I bought a jacket in-store around 7:30 PM on Saturday and went back the next morning to exchange it for a larger size for my pregnant wife. I wasn’t asking for a refund just an exchange.
The staff refused because the “label wasn’t intact,” even though the jacket was brand new and purchased less than 24 hours earlier. I asked to speak to a manager, but apparently there wasn’t one on site. Completely unacceptable.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items should be fit for purpose, but Mango clearly doesn’t stand by this. Terrible service and no willingness to help. Won’t be shopping here again.

OMG delivery is unreal... Placed 3 orders, one arrived a few days later, for the other 2 I've been waiting for over a week snd the courier website says "wrong address"...??? How did they deliver one order if the address is wrong? And since that there's been no updates at all (it's been 5 days) Who is HR Parcel anyway??
Mango’s Customer Service Is Broken - Buyers Beware
Absolutely appalled by MANGO’s customer service and operations.
I placed a large order on 9 November and, as of today, still have not received my parcel. What followed has been the most frustrating customer-service experience I’ve had with any retailer.
I have contacted MANGO’s chat support three separate times. Each time I was cut off mid-conversation, given false promises that my parcel would be delivered “that day”, and then watched the day come and go with no delivery and no update. The emails I’ve received have been written in broken English, full of spelling mistakes, and provide zero clarity on what’s actually happening with my order.
At this point I don’t trust anything their agents say. Today, after 30 minutes on chat, I was told the parcel is effectively lost and that I’ll receive a refund BUT apparently this will take 3 to 12 business days. How is it acceptable or even ethical to hold customers’ money for up to nearly two weeks when the company has failed to deliver the goods?
This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in MANGO. I will never order from them again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.
Never delivered - poor customer service - AVOID
Ordering online from Mango is an absolute joke. Their delivery provider Yodel is completely useless. They claimed to have attempted delivery twice but we were at home, have a ring doorbell and a secure parcel box built into the wall - no delivery attempts were ever made. Out of options, I redirected the parcel to an InPost locker so there was no excuse to claim a failed delivery. Rather than follow the redirection, my item was just returned to the store! The delivery provider clearly had no intentions of delivering my parcel in any capacity. I complained to Mango and they just offered a hollow apology claiming they take all feedback seriously. Clearly not given how many bad reviews they have on here. I needed it for a special event and was so disappointed. It was also a huge inconvenience having to find an alternative outfit last minute. Would honestly never order from Mango again because they are simply incapable of delivering. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

Terrible quality and and extremely poor customer service. I contacted then regarding a refund on an item 14 days past their 30 day return and they refused to do anything for me even though there is no question there is a defect in the item.

They don't even deserve 1 star. This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. They've managed to mess up 2 order in a row! When most retailers offer next day delivery (often free) they haven't managed to deliver in weeks, blaming "incidents with the transport company" on every occasion. Really embrassing..... What an insane MESS Mango makes with their return QR codes!
1. First their website doesn't work!
2. Then I called in numerous times only to be LIED to by Mango customer service reps.
3. Then they sent me QR codes that do not match the order numbers,
4. Nor do you provide pix which QR code belongs to which item
5. Then they have RETURN Numbers but they are not referenced or matching with the QR codes!
6. Supervisors are not available when I ask for them at Customer Service!
7. There is no way to send an email. Chat does not understand when you are trying to make a complaint
WHICH person/s is/are in charge of Mango returns???
They need to be fired immediately.
No other online store makes such a massive mess out of their return codes.
I now will RETURN EVERYTHING -I ordered (about 2 k usd worth of purchases) IN their STORE AND IN PERSON just because this is not how to do business and will delete my Mango account once this is finished.
HORRENDOUS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Mango online bec you cannot return it with their QR codes MESS they make unless you go through the trouble to drive to one of their stores and good luck there!

Two weeks after placing order it is not trackable at all, and the customer service online was atrocious and unceremoniously closed the chat without resolving my issue.
I did call the number however and spoke to somebody a lot more helpful. However it does appear Mango are having system-wide issues with tracking and non-delivery. God knows how this is justifiable from a trading standards point of view.

Wish I had read reviews here. How is the website based company so poor compared to stores! Placed order they used Evri. And I chose to be delivered to post office. Evri tracker said one day delay, then all of a sudden they don't have parcel and mango offer refund straight away without checking. Took three weeks to get nothing. Rubbish

Have spent a fortune on a recent order and 11 days later it’s not arrived. Their customer service team send you ridiculous automated replies with absolutely no empathy and their parcel tracking doesn’t even work. At this point I’m assuming they’ve taken my money. I’ll be going to citizens advice!

I came into the Dublin store with my wife where she tried on a dress, the security tag had been added in a ruffle on the waist that didn't allow the dress to be tried on. We asked for a new one and were greeted with a groan and being told they were busy... after waiting 20 mins (!!!!) in the changing room I went downstairs myself to get the dress only to find this individual serving behind the till. Just shocking. We left and I bought her it online.
The dress was for her 40th birthday party a week later. Guess what, it didn't arrive.
After using all service avenues to get updates, the disappointment continued.

With businesses like ASOS coming on the scene, you'd think high street brands like Mango would differentiate themselves with brilliant service. But not Mango. I would not be surprised if they disappeared within 5 years.
