Avoid ordering from Mango!
Extremely poor service – avoid ordering from Mango.
I placed three separate orders over 20 days ago and have not received a single one. There has been no clear communication, no proper updates, and no accountability from the company.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Waiting this long with no resolution shows a serious lack of respect for customers. It feels like once they take your money, you are left chasing for answers.
Customer support has been unhelpful and slow, making the whole experience even more frustrating.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Mango. There are far more reliable companies out there that actually deliver what you pay for.

Dreadful experience as a first-time online customer.
Order placed 10th March, advised 13th March it was out for delivery, then nothing more. On 18th March, only as a result of my unrelenting persistence, was finally told my order was lost!
Until that point of the day, had been fobbed off with generic AI-generated replies all of which failed to tell me what had happened.
Depersonalised customer service with no empathy and no accountability for the company's failures.

Mango practices “bait and switch” with their prices
Mango online is a terrible company to do business with. I made an online purchase and I was told that the total cost would be.$148.15 (including tax). After giving them my credit card they charged me $164.61 (with tax). After emailing their customer service multiple times showing proof of what I was told the cost would be and what they charged me. They said that everything was correct, which it was not. They have no concept of customer service. Plus what I consider bait and switch, which may be intentional or maybe due to a system glitch, they completely ignore. Do not do business with this company.

Got a belt here in this shop and the I love it! Only that the size was not specified and I got mine wrong but I have it altered.

Resolved an issue empathetically and promptly
I ordered a pair of sunglasses and they arrived crooked, they looked totally lob sided on my face. I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue so promptly- sent out a new pair which arrived in 2 days and are perfect. Really great customer service and it made a bad experience a really great one, so thank you customer service team :) I’ll definitely shop again

I cannot express the disappointment I felt when I opened the package in which I expected to find a red linen shirt.
The shirt I ordered was supposed to be red, not burgundy. Maybe you should wake up to reality and hire people who know their colours.

The worst experience I had in Birmingham bullring Mango. I purchased few items as Eid gift and one of the item I had to return. I had the tag and the receipt which normally required to return any item. The illiterate store assistant was lecturing me saying that the item cannot be returned if the tag is not attached to the item. I have attached the tag in-front of her, then she was saying she can’t take because I did it in-front of her. I wonder how does it matters whether I do it at home or in-front of her. She was lecturing me that it is her company policy. It was so frustrating dealing with these kind of people who is in the job for providing customer support without any basic knowledge. I am sure company’s policy cannot be anything like that. I probably avoid shop in Mango in future.
Undelivered online gift card issue
Still waiting to hear as to why an online delivery of a gift card wasn't sent on 21st February. Cannot understand why it takes so long to determine what happened when they have an order number. Will never use again. Online chat was awful too as it kept ending the session before anyone could help.

We had an issue with a very poor-quality product, and the customer service was even worse.
Not trustworthy
I required a return for 1 out of several products ordered, but I haven't received any response from Mango, not even after several mail notifications. I don't recommend online shopping at Mango unless you are 100% sure if the size will fit, otherwise big NOT ❌because they don't care for returns since the money reached their bank account.....👎

Very disappointing return experience
Very disappointing return experience. On Mango’s website it is clearly stated that online orders can be returned directly in-store. However, when I arrived at the store, the staff refused to accept the return and told me I must send it back by courier.
This is misleading and very frustrating for customers. The information displayed online should match the actual in-store policy. I wasted time and effort for nothing and left with a very unpleasant impression.
I hope this issue will be clarified and that the return policy will be respected as stated.

I try to imagine a worst customer service than Mango Poland has. And I fail each and every time. There is no worse than this. It is a disaster. They join the Whatsapp chat, and closing the chat immediately after seeing my issue. They don’t want to deal with it. It’s like a scam.

Worst customer service ever!!! You better off just shopping in the store. Online service is terrible, if you need a refund it’s even worse!! They hold your money for 2 weeks technically 3!!! They receive the items a week before their send you an email saying “ we received your items at our warehouse “ . Then an email saying your refund it will be processed in the next 14 working days!!! It’s 2026!!! Who does that???
