Got a broken product. They denied all responsibility and ignore the customer

On january 25th I ordered a bunch of parts that arrived a few days later.

One of these Items was a EMMC 5.1 32GB module for my RockPi4.

This product dit not work on 3 different computers and doesn't work on any of my RockPi4s. The company support tried fixing it remote with me, which didn't work. In the end my questions were not responded to anymore and I'm stuck with a broken Item that I bought.

At this point I would not recommend buying here because if you get a broken part, they will do minimal effort and won't replace it.
