In a finger snap !
I just received few days ago "Become your own food master" : an easy nutrition guidebook and I am full happy with it !!! It arrived in a pdf file, what was not perfect for me to read on my kindle ... The team of Life by equipe sent me the adapted version in eBook in less than a finger snap after my request for it ! Thank again guys for your amazing work !!!
