Customer service is great
Customer service is great. Really helpful. Prompt replies to emails. Milan loves her food. Especially the treats... We use as sprinkles as well as treats. She is a fussy eater but this tends to go down well. The introductory offer is a bargain.. you get so much Really happy. No issues with delivery. Will definitely be long remaining customers and would recommend to others. 10/10 meows from Milan.

Cats didn't like the food
Food looks good but only giving it 3 stars as all 4 of my cats didnt like the tinned food, most of it was left. They absolutely love the freeze dried chicken though.

Trial box review
Ordered the trial box which contained, 7 tins of wet food, bag of dry food, tin of treats and some tofu cat litter… my two liked the wet and dry food but weren’t keen on the treats. It’s quite likely that I will order from them again, the meat content is high and the food looked appetising.

Great customer service, product needs tweaks
Great customer service - highly responsive and helpful. The food is good quality but about 30% more expensive than my previous subscription and the cats won't eat the dry food so I had to switch to a wet only subscription. The treats are total kitty crack, they beg for them greedily and have even woken me up to demand some on occasion. The litter was very good - great for clumping and easy cleaning - the only reason I didn't order more was that I didn't like the smell.
