they failed to deliver my hand warmers and after 1 month, there is no response from the customer support and no refund as well. total scam!
Terrible experience with ESL Shop and their refund process. I returned items worth over 200 euros nearly four months ago, and tracking shows they were delivered. Despite multiple emails and confirmation that they received the package, I still haven’t received my refund.
PayPal informed me that returns aren’t covered by their buyer protection, so they can’t issue a refund. ESL Shop has completely stopped responding to emails, making the whole situation even more frustrating.
This has been dragging on for almost four months now, and there’s still no resolution. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them unless you’re prepared to risk losing your money
Criminal. As a father to a chid, never upset their child and thats what ESL did. So now you have a very unhappy father who wants to do more to ESL than a missing item. Not only did they take 3-4 weeks delivery, thats ok i can wait. I recieved the order with one item missing? Confused i thought maybe, it had be sent seperately. I emailed 2, 3 times in the process of waiting for the item to ask why so long and got nothing. Then when i finally got it the main item i wanted for my son was neithere here or there. I had the receipt in the package with 4 paid for and 3 only delivered finally i emailed a 3th 4th time. When i did i got an email back finally.... it was just an email with 0 explanation saying "Some items in your order have been refunded" with the item. Not a sorry. 0 customer service. What makes this worse... is its christmas, a week before i'm finding this out. ESL could have put in a different item similar rather than leave the customer unhappy and option to return for refund. Instead they left a child presentless. Then when i finally did complain as i have contact which will jeopardise their business. I get a voucher for 30% off. One making me spend with him and two the item i got was in the sale which wont be... it is a unfair customer service dealt with wrong in every situation. Having not been christmas and a child i wouldnt of been so bothered. As a father wrong parent to upset their child.
If you could take me back a few weeks before my decision to press ORDER. I absolutely would. This process has been unforeseen, this jersey was a gift to myself and for this website to send me A REGULAR TSHIRT WITH THE TEAM LOGO... worse ? The product just so "happens" to be removed from their website aswell. I have now paid 84 Euros + Tax 20 Euros for a T SHIRT WITH A TEAM LOGO. Despicable. You'll do yourself a fantastic favor by not using this website to order yourself a E-sports jersey.
Bought a hoodie and a hand warmer. Hoodie arrived quickly, decent quality - hand warmer never arrived. ESL messed up on the delivery and sent an import & duties invoice for both hand warmer and hoodie, prompting import tax for the hand warmer that never arrived.
After waiting for the hand warmer for a month with no updates, I asked to refund this. This would be the start of a 1.5 month long email campaign where I received little to no communication from the support team, that was only fixed once I took the issue to Twitter. I believe this issue would still not be fixed today had it not been for FACEIT representatives escalating it personally, and private messages received from other customers mirror the same sentiment.
Horrible experience, will never use the ESL shop again, and would advice you to do the same.
I have been waiting for two months for my order.
I ordered several items for my kids for Christmas but to this day i haven’t gotten it yet.
I have been in contact with customer service and the forst shipment was sent back to the warehouse.
The next shipment should have been sent and was now missing two of the items, but it was never sent.
The latest info was that today yet another item was missing and i lost my patience.
I was told that the second shipment was on it’s way, then it wasn’t, then it was and now it turns out it never left the warehouse!
Deeply unsatisfying experience.
I can only recomend NOT to buy from ESL.
This is the single worst online business i have ever experienced and i wish for no one to go through what we have gone through.
I now have two unhappy boys whom was looking forward to getting gamer merchandise who will now be even more devastated.

First, I bought some clothes 4 days before they went on 50% sale. I asked them if we could fix my order so I wouldnt feel so ripped of. They gave me 10$ credit. If I would have asked for a refund and then bought everything again I would have saved around 50$.
I then used my 10$ to buy 1 more item. The website told me I will get a free bag in the order, then I noticed I actully paid 10$ for the bag. They kindly told me it was something wrong with the website so they refunded the bag. But then I didnt get the order, after 30 days they saw that my order hadn't come trough. They asked me what I wanted to do, well send the god damn item. It is out of stock, you want more credits or a refund? Well, a refund at this point would be nice..
It is nice clothes, but man, they want to grab them money.
2nd review for ESL, their customer service is amazing. I bought a bobblehead that has sound in it, but the sound wasn't working. Contacted the support and got a reply right away. I didn't even have to send the broken item back, they just sent a new version right away. I wish more companies had such good customer support as ESL had
Bought a t-shirt and it arrived in time.
The t-shirt fits nice and i am very happy with it.
And the shop features nice other clothes and stuff.
Purchased a jersey for my son on 14th November 2019 for Christmas 64 days later and still have not received the jersey they have my $126.
Have emailed them many time regarding this with no help from them at all.
Telling me it’s because of the bush fires in Australia l don’t live anywhere near the fires.
Told me to go to Australia post which l did and they said package has not arrived in Australia.
I have sent 2 more emails last week asking for a refund or Another jersey to be sent with no response from ELS customer service.
I feel as thou l have been ripped off.
Don’t buy anything from this company.
I made a mistake in adress, contacted them. They were not willing to make a change in adress and had to wait till package come back to them. Package is one week back in their possesion, but they are not willing to do anything, not even contacting DHL to get name of employee who got my package and didnt do s**t.
Lazy employees, not willing to help with anything - worst online shop experience. Getting paypal refund cuz this is ridiculous
