Horrible!
Made an order 15 days ago and still didn't receive the parcel. Epic´s chat doesn't work and no telephone number that I can phone to and to talk with them. Each time when I write to them I receive a reply that they will check with their forward companythe status with the parcle but nothing is happening. No parcel still. 2end weekend with no equipment that I hoped to use already!
When I asked for my money back they didn´t even comment my request.
Draw your conclussions yourself from what I wrote above. Do not deal with EpicTv! There are planty of other companies to buy from.

Extremely fast shipping excellent quality and competive prices

I absolutely love climbing, and Matt from Epic TV climbing daily. I needed a new pair of climbing shoes and after checking through websites, shoes and trying to get a baring for the size and style of my shoe through shops and the internet lead me to the Epic TV shop! There was so much choice but once I narrowed it down to shoes in my size within my price range, which was extremely easy to do, I bought a pair of So ILL Gold 2020s, stunning shoes that are excellent and comfy to climb with. This experience was extremely easy and the website was excellent. I made the order before Christmas, not expecting delivery for several weeks but they arrived the day after boxing day, excellent shoes adlnd service, I thoroughly recommend the using Epic TV shop, a brilliant company!

First class service, item as described and speedy delivery from over seas, tracking number and emails at all stages, more than happy with this company.

Purchased twice from them. First order went alright.
Second time I ordered some Christmas gifts for some of my friends. I ordered mid November, which in my opinion was enough time in advance.I kept an eye on the tracking code and saw that it wasnt progressing anywhere, so I sent Epictv a message asking whats up with my order. Took them a couple of day to return to me saying they will investigate and that it may take up to 30 day. Obviously I didnt think that it will actually take 30 days to check a simple thing as why they didnt ship my package.. Now it has been a month and I cant get any straight answer from their customer support about my package. I cant take any action until they finish their "investigation." So not only I will not receive any of the gifts I ordered, I cant even get my money back before Christmas to buy something else.

So if anyone is expecting fast shipping be warned.

Edit: Seems like my package was found over a month later. Package arrived slightly damaged but contents was ok. Epic tv compensated me with 10$ credit for their site. Unfortunately since I wanted to get the package prior to Christmas I ended up stuck with stuff I no longer needed. hopefully will resell some of them.

Everythings fine

Just a ridiculous bad online shop. Placed an order of more than 5 pieces and dient receive 1 of them. Pair of expensive scarpa climbing shoes. After a month and more than 6 e-mails I still haven't received the shoes. They always believe to send me the shoes but it just doesn't happen!!
