I have ordered climbing gear from EpicTV many times. They are reliable, give you enough information and try to give you great offers. The returns went easily with great support.

Great deals, arrived on time. No issues with packaging.

I bought a pair of climbing shoes from Epic TV Shop that despite being the same as my street shoe size were far too small (I understand this is a common problem with climbing shoes). I had paid £8 for the original shipping and then returned them at a cost of £15. Despite asking for them to send a pair of the correct size repeatedly, they refunded my original purchase. £23 paid for absolutely nothing. I would suggest using a UK Based company with free returns.

Epic TV is great! Great prices, fast shipping! Would be nice if they offered another shipping option other than DHL.

Super impress and pleased with the experience. I live in the US and this was my 1st oversea order. The website stated could take an extra week bc off overseas shipping, but placed my order on Tuesday and received my package that Friday. Was stoked. Everything arrived perfect. They have awesome deals if it’s stuff you’re looking for and carry different brands you don’t find elsewhere. Will be ordering from them again.

I ordered a climbing rucksack with EpicTV Shop on Monday and today Thursday I picked it up in Denmark.

Great deals on shoes, but there "This free return for all orders made with paypal" written on their returns page is misleading. I live in the USA (NY area) and after speaking with their customer support, they said returns should be around 20-30, but the actual cost was $63 at my local USPS. I will still buy from them, but I will have to be more visual-ant on items that i know i wont return.

Pros: great deals, selection, and advice for your gear selection. From noob to pro and all of the in between.

I purchased during holiday season, shipping said 5-7 days and it was on the 5th day it was there.

Gear was very well kept after during shipping

Cons: (for me a con wont apply to all) i live in the US so shipping can be a bit pricey, but it does help that if you spend $100 you can get a much better deal on shipping.

Terrible experience!
I have ordered a pair of climbing denim pants and I received a men's harness instead! I had to take time to send the wrong item back and they can refund me only once the package has reached his destination. Plus, they don't have my denim pants anymore as they probably sent that to someone else and now I cannot buy it anymore!
Absolutely terrible customer service ever... disappointed.

Very responsible company and return money. Second time when i ordered a climbing ropes to Serbia, they arrived in three days.The only problems is Serbian customs which is expensive and too slow, it takes five more days to release my parcel. Still i'm happy as a little kid when he gets a new toy :)

Awful return policy compared to other online stores. Poor infomation and not up front about potential return costs for UK customers.

I live in Sweden and I've ordered from them 4 times now and with the exception of the first of those times, the equipment arrived very quickly. On the first occasion was just bad timing with combined public holidays in France and Sweden.

They have a good range of equipment and good reviews and even some review videos of the products.

It’s my first time shopping on epictv and I was pleased to see that they had a great selection with equally good prices. Upon arrival of my climbing shoes, I found that the box was labelled with the correct size that I ordered but the shoes in the box didn’t match this. I’m really quite disappointed. Everything else that I ordered was correct but by reading previous comments and reviews here it seems that this isn’t the first time that something like this has happened to customers.

***UPDATE*** After emailing them with proof of the mistake I received a very apologetic response and they’re to send me a free returns label. Really appreciative of this. I’m sure the mistake was an accident and I’m really grateful that they’re happy to fix it for me.

Don't buy anything from EpicTV Shop.

It's not the first time I order climbing gear from France (using AlpineTrek) or from Italy (using oliunid) and it NEVER happened to me to have such a crap shipping service.

It's been almost 1 WEEK and my parcel is still somewhere in France!! I spent over £150 and this is supposed to be their 'Quick Delivery' option.
No useful update on the tracking website, and it is not possible to have an estimated delivery date (bare in mind that the parcel requires a signature, which makes it way worse).

No live chat to get help on the website.
I emailed the support and their answer was, I quote ".. I think it will be delivered in these days": thank you so much, very helpful, right?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!

EpicTV ships out orders fast, within the next working day. Their prices are usually the cheapest in the EU, and they have a flat rate for shipping which is of good value if you are buying a lot of stuff. Customer service is responsive too. I will definitely be buying more stuff from them in the future.
