Waiting for updates on Order #CAM82825

I have mixed feelings about my experience so far. I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max (Order #CAM82825) several days ago, and while I was excited to find the device, the lack of communication since the purchase has been frustrating.
​It has been quite a while without any status updates or tracking information being provided. I understand that shipping to East Malaysia can take time, but the total lack of updates makes the waiting process much more stressful than it needs to be. I’m still hopeful for a good quality device, but the customer communication definitely needs improvement.

Never buying from Compasia ever again

I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Compasia and will never EVER purchase from them again.

I placed an order on 15 March as a birthday gift for my son on 29 March, deliberately allowing a two-week buffer to account for any possible delays. We are now in April, and the item has still not been delivered.

The support experience has been just as disappointing. Email responses appear to be generic, repetitive, and unhelpful, offering no real resolution. The live chat is equally ineffective, with conversations left open for days without any meaningful response. It is unclear how their support SLAs are being managed, as there is little to no sense of urgency or accountability.

What is most frustrating is the lack of professionalism throughout the entire process. Due to the prolonged delay, an address update became necessary, yet this was mishandled on their end. Despite this being their mistake, I was left to repeatedly chase for updates with no proactive communication, no ownership of the issue, and no clear resolution provided.

What should have been a simple and enjoyable experience, preparing a birthday gift, turned into a stressful and disappointing ordeal. The excitement of the occasion was completely overshadowed by poor service and continuous delays. At this point, the experience has been so frustrating that it has taken away any joy in giving the gift at all.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if the purchase is time-sensitive.

At that point, the device had already reached the DHL depot in Miri and was scheduled for delivery to the Miri address by 26/3. Unfortunately, we were unable to process the address change in time as the parcel was already in the Miri hub, and recalling and rerouting it to KL requires additional time.

Please be assured that we are now working very closely with DHL to have the parcel collected and to expedite the delivery to your updated address in Ampang as quickly as possible.

Item was not listed correctly and they even emailed confirmation that the phone was eSim compatible. No support.

Item was in good condition but not as advertised.

Customer support simply apologized and said their products are "first come first served" basis. No return or exchange option offered.

Stay away.
