Great experience.
Pre-ordered a necklace. Estimated delivery was December 22-January 2 and on December 18 I got a message that it is available for pick up in one of my local stores.
Despite the fast transaction and reasonable shipping costs ($8), the packaging was poor. The necklace itself wasn't damaged, but there was no protection for its box. They just took the necklace box, threw it in a bag, put the bag in a x5 bigger box and shipped it. It resulted in many scratches on the necklace's box.
I would definitely recommend to any blink that wants official merch.
