Worth the wait

Ordered a necklace
Ordered a necklace, and after three weeks I tried to track the order. The carrier, Royal Mail, don't recognise the order number, the app AtPerrys recommend to track your order isnt useful for tracking, its just a web portal to sell more stuff, and the automated chatbot on their site seems to be permanently busy. Be sceptical of the positive reviews, I suspect they are fictional. I hope the item turns up and I very much hope Im wrong but Caveat Emptor....
**edit-at perrys have now made contact and assured me the item is being sent. Their responsiveness to my complaint was quick, under 24 hours, and i will update this review if and when the item arrives. **

Boycott this company. Bad practices
This company is a scam. Do not buy from them!!!!! i bought an item for 370 USD o 19th august not only i had to pay for shipping to return it as i didnt like it but it has now been 3 months i am waiting to be refunded. They confirmed they have the product in their warehouse and they kept my money. I am now consulting a lawyer and will get them if i dont get paid within the next 7 days. These people are thieves. This company should not exist. Boycott them !!!!!!

I just want to clarify that we never mentioned that nor confirmed that we have your return package in our warehouse. We have an email to prove and support our statement.
Our customer service representative mentioned that:
"Rest assured for I have already sent a follow-up email to our US warehouse about your return"
To date, we still have not received your return package.

You will have to coordinate with your courier and have them locate your return package.
Furthermore, our refund policy states that we will only issue refund for return packages once we have received the return package and checked that the item/s is/are in good condition.
We are not a scam as we have pieces of evidence to prove that we have done our part as a seller and that we are just following the policy that we have.
You might misunderstood what our support says regarding your return however the tracking information will not lie that we never received your return package.
Thank you and if you have further information about your return package from your courier please keep us posted and please ask them to have an updated shipping information to verify the location of your package.

Non Delivery/Refund Refused
I ordered a necklace from At Perrys in October and as of Nov. 15th I still have not received the item. Several emails have been sent to no avail. Was told to be patient even though they state delivery is within 2, 5-15 days. In checking tracking # pkg has not been given to shipper. I am very disappointed with this company and will never do business with them again.
Be smart, don’t rely on honest dealings as I did. You’ve been warned, buyer beware
**UPDATE** Package was delivered today 11/21 after waiting nearly a month**
Lesson learned, never again!

I checked and your order was placed last February 28, 2019 and was delivered by March 4 of the same year.
Actually, the item that you have ordered was the Amethyst Square Crystal Ring.
On August 13, 2020, you have sent us an email complaining about the ring that turned into copper.
We responded to your email and offered several options to make it up to you however we did not receive any response from you.
On September 14, 2020, you have sent another email with the same complain and on the very same day one of our customer support responded and that time were asking for the photo of the item so we can further investigate however, you did not respond once again.
As you can see, we offered you resoltuions yet you did not respond to those email and more than 3 years after, you are giving us a 1 star review. We did not even see the item you are complaining about but we are more than willing to resolve the matter for you however since we did not hear from you there is nothing that we can do.
Another thing, there are reasons why a jewelry is turning black, here are some:
The black color you see is called tarnish and can be caused due to two reasons. Due to humidity and oxygen around you, silver converts into silver oxide on the surface of the silver like a film or coating in black called tarnish. Silver is not the only metal this happens to as brass and many other soft metals show the same tarnish. It is different rust as the inner layer of the silver is not affected by tarnish. A simple cleaning or polishing will bring back its luster.
To date, our warranty period is obviously way passed since the delivery date of your order but we are more than willing to still offer you a resolution. Hopefully, this time you will respond to us.
