Shocked by the negative reviews

Shocked by the negative reviews ! Never had a bad experience on Arianas uk website order clothing vinyls and CDs from there on a monthly basis sometimes and they can sometimes arrive slowly but nothing to bad ! My only complaint is that the shipping is abit pricy and half of the items on the website need restocking

0 Stars!! They lose your package and won't refund

My package was lost the FedEx driver delivered it to the wrong place or stole it. After several messages they finally accept that the package is missing but instead of refunding me or asking me if I want to refund a replacement they just send me a replacement. This is a Christmas gift it's not going to arrive in time I need my money back. I asked for a supervisor three times they would not give me a supervisor and continue to ignore me. Finally I had to send a blank email just saying please send me to a manager before they would. They tell me I can refuse the package which is impossible I'll be on gone out of state. They don't care about customers they don't care how they help you they just send replacements without even asking! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BEG TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. YOU SHOULDN'T BE STEALING CUSTOMERS REFUNDS AND ORDERING THEM NEW THINGS WITHOUT ASKING IF THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT. I WANT MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO GET MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN ORDER THE CHRISTMAS GIFT THAT WILL ACTUALLY ARRIVE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Absolute Joke

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I ordered two vinyls for my daughter for Christmas. They have been in transit from the same location for 11 days so far and have clearly been lost by the carrier. I contacted customer service, which is an absolute joke by the way, and was told I need to wait 14 days before they will do anything. I said that was unacceptable and requested a refund and was told I can’t get a refund because the items were already shipped. Now here’s the best part. They told me when I receive the items I can either refuse them or send them back for a refund. How can I refuse or return items that the carrier has clearly lost?! They also told me I should try contacting the carrier. The carriers will only talk to the shipper! How do they not know this?! Absolutely the most incompetent customer service I have ever encountered. Patronize this website at your own risk. And shame on Ariana Grande for not stepping in to fix this. The one star ratings are plentiful so it’s no secret how terrible this website is. Just goes to show how much these artists really care about their fans.

don’t even bother

i ordered multiple albums from her recent drops and repressing. this was my second time purchasing the purple swirl variant of dangerous woman because last year it arrived black and gray- zero purple. i ordered again this year for it to somehow manage to be worse. two sides completely black and the back sides black and gray. not to mention my everything arrived ripped in the spine and the top and bent. christmas and chill has a huge rip on the top of it that goes all the way through the record jacket. plus it isn’t even the correct intro. i emailed and was told to use the self service portal for a refund- i don’t want a refund i want my items to be fixed especially since some of them won’t be repressed perhaps ever like christmas and chill and positions deluxe. i went to the self service portal and it’s talking about id get $15 less than what i paid for the record for my refund? i emailed them and asked why, they sent the same copy paste ai message not acknowledging anything i said. i said something else and again the same copy paste ai message not acknowledging anything ive said. been back and forth with this for 6 days now. i even asked multiple times can i please be forwarded to someone who can actually help me, got the same copy and paste email. over it, i filed a dispute with my bank. next day so conveniently a real person not ai emails me back offering to send me a replacement for dangerous woman. i asked her about the damaged items she sent me the same copy paste email about their bs self service portal. i told her im just going to proceed with my disputes. i received the replacement today for it to be worse than the one i just received. now i have three black and gray pressings of this record.
not to mention this is a constant issue with her online store in regards to albums arriving split and bent and ripped. i’ve purchased her whole discography over time from her webstore and they are all split.
it’s not just me, there’s tons of people on tiktok that have the same exact rip in christmas and chill that i do in the same exact place. multiple people received their dangerous woman with one side a little purple and the other side completely black. multiple people have received bent and split, ripped records from these recent drops.
i just want my money back. i don’t understand why that is so difficult. i’m not doing the self service portal for a partial refund when this is the manufactures issue and not mine or any other customers.
absolutely ridiculous. as much as i adore ariana i will never in my life order anything from her webstore again. customer service is atrocious.

I’m shocked this is a legitimate…

I’m shocked this is a legitimate company. The customer service representatives are unprofessional and will say anything. I ordered a hoodie and realized I ordered the wrong size. I emailed them 10 hours after placing the order. Their response ignored my cancellation request and just stated the processing time for my order.

Upon my second email to customer service team, I explained I had disputed the transaction already with my bank and repeated my request for cancellation.

I got a personal response after the second message. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company again.

Order never arrived

Ordered 4 - 7” vinyl in August 2024 and never arrived. Tracked order, and FedEx said package didn’t arrive to them but a shipping label was made (at Ariana Grande Store) but when I inquired they said they was “a problem” shipping it, but couldn’t tell me what. Then suddenly the order couldn’t be filled and I have wait until they have stock again. What? My order never left your warehouse and suddenly it’s out of stock. Of course it’s exclusive and sold out everywhere so no chance of getting this for Christmas now. I was passed between 6 different people at customer service and now they just “closed” the discussion saying they can only fulfil 1 of the 4 vinyl. Pretty ridiculous.

I will be spamming them every day until I get a more accurate update. Can only refund once sent back, which I can imagine will never happen as they will probably not recieved the order. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not buy from here

I don't recommend!!!!!

it's been 2 months since i ordered a t-shirt as a birthday present and so far it hasn't arrived. I can't get an answer about the deadline or the tracking code. I want to cancel and get my money back!!!!!! I don't recommend!!!!! Bad!!!!!

I only gave them one star because this ignorant store has added a 75 dollar onsie in size small and when I tried to tell them that there was a small winter things onise that I didn’t order. They won’t take it off now I am getting a 75 dollar onise. I wonder if she even knows how horrible her employees are there and how they just add something one there. Horrible store will never buy Ariana Grande merch again. My daughter loves her. Sorry not sorry.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have received a defective perfume that the cap wouldn’t even open! I have emailed customer service and they said they could do nothing about it!!!! I purchased a product that was manufactured and sold damaged and they have the audacity to not want to change the product or give me a discount for a new one. I even offered to ship it to them in exchange for a new one and they wouldn’t even do that. What a disgrace of a company. Never in my life have I experienced this terrible of service and customer care before. I know for sure that I will not be purchasing any Ariana grande products again, and will tell all my friends and family that I do not recommend they purchase any of their products because they may get something that is defective and won’t be compensated for the manufacturers fault.

Absolute Nightmare with this company supposed to be official store customer service non existent waited 3 months for an order still never arrived they don't answer emails they dont keep you informed about your order finally got my money back after a battle with them don't order anything from them if you want the goods

i placed an order on the 6th of october…

i placed an order on the 6th of october and the release date of the item was 11th of october which is today and it states that my item will be dispatched on the release date which is today and it hasnt at its 23:47 so i doubt it will. ive emailed customer services and ive had no reply. it also says my order is pending but the money has gone out of my account. im so confused.

HORRIBLE

I cancelled an order weeks ago and was promised a refund that would show up in my bank account “7-10 business days”. Well, it’s been over 13 business days, and I had to file a dispute with my bank because after emailing the customer service team multiple times, no one has answered.

I’m still waiting for my refund. The customer service team doesn’t respond to emails that actually require them to help. I’ll choose other places to buy ariana grande merch, that are actually trustworthy.

UPDATE: STILL NO EMAIL RESPONSE OR REFUND. So, I took matters into my own hands. I had to file a dispute and get my refund through my PayPal account, today. Of course, the customer service agent saw the email thread where they never responded to my emails regarding my refund, and he said one word: “SCAM.” Finally, he took care of my refund, and I now have only one thing to say to Universal Music Group: YOU SUCK.

Very disappointed

I was so excited to order from Ariana Grande. I live in Greece so I ordered from the UK shop. A month after, still no clothes. One day I randomly got a text saying that my package has arrived at the post office ( even though I had paid money for home delivery ) and that I owe 32,32€ extra. Still to this day, I don’t know what the extra money was about. I’m very disappointed because Ariana is one of the most famous people in the world and not only her clothes are overpriced but the delivery is also very bad.

What a shame that fans spend money on…

What a shame that fans spend money on something and it gets broke in the mail. You can’t even talk to a human it’s an automated email. You go in circles with the same response. Shame on you Ariana Grande. I gave my daughters money back to her that she lost on your merchandise.

I placed an order May 5th

I placed an order May 5th, 2021 and am still waiting. My daughter is Ariana obsessed and I ordered her a bunch of stuff for her 11th birthday later that month. I have received canned emailed stating Covid has delayed shipping and will now take 45-90days…..that ship has sailed as well. Very disappointed. I paid a lot of money to receive absolutely nothing yet! BBB will be my next step

HORRIBLE! Negative Star!!

HORRIBLE!! If I could give a negative star, I would. I ordered 3 items (over $200 worth) for Xmas 2020 gifts for my daughter in early Nov. Plenty of ordering time you would think right? WRONG!! Because I didn't pay their ridiculously expensive "additional" delivery fee for items that MAY be sent separately, I literally never received my order. After months of emailing back & forth requesting a delivery date, trying to consider the stress of covid, I told my daughter "kid cut your losses" and I requested my refund. This fiasco came to an end following St. Patrick's Day, just in time for spring break because I just had enough. This is unacceptable!! Like really, how many more holidays need to pass? They're really trying to keep alive X-mas in July I guess...

The kicker, 2 other family members of mine ordered for my teen 1 item each (because my kid was obsessed & wanted everything Ari & wanted to support her), wayyy later than I ordered & they received there's, on-time, for the holidays. Really??

The only reason I would give a half of a star would be the quick responses to the emails I sent and quick refund process. The emails were pretty generic as some one else said on their review.

You're better off ordering through etsy, hot topic, walmart or even amazon. You'll actually get your orders.. I thought I was paying for authenticity and all I got was disappointment!!
