Tracking on this app is less than useless

Tracking on this app is less than useless. Whoever designed the tracking system should be barred from operating a computer ever again. It doesn’t show which carrier or their tracking number, leaving customers, especially rural, unable to know how or when their purchases will arrive. Tried to do business with a reputable vend or that has Shopify (owns Shop app) software, a while I could check out without the app, tracking MUST go thru the app. I ended up canceling the order.

Avoid

my Wife ordered from a Shop vendor, Goods are unexpectedly coming from China. We received a delivery of a card saying Best Wishes but no goods. The order has now been updated to delivered status. After I complained to the vendor I received one line answers firstly that their deliveries take 12 working days (on working day 13) and then that they will check. Shop app assume no responsibility and do not help. You are on your own. My view is that I will avoid this app and treat all of its sellers as suspect

Cannot apply for refund for 30 days

Only ever bought three things via the shop app. Unknowingly as well. Via reputable companies on their official website, they use the shop app.

Every single time I have had an issue, either not delivering on time or even at all. You can’t contact customer service, they won’t allow you to apply for a refund until 30 days have passed. It’s literally impossible to do anything. The app is in favour of sellers and scammers, they’re not willing to help consumers.

From now on, if I’m ordering and the shop app comes up, I’ll simply not be placing an order.

BUYER BEWARE!! "SHOP" supports companies that scam the buyer.

I saw some items advertised on VINTED being sold via SHOP. I duly ordered and paid via SHOP as this was the only payment option available.
The order never arrived but my money was taken from my account the very next day. After waiting for three weeks or possibly more for my purchases to arrive, the horrible realisation occured: I had been scammed.
I spent fruitless hours trying to locate the company but without success,
It has proved impossible to contact SHOP to speak with a human being. They merely offer a bot chat which is totally useless. Repetitive AI garbage.
My bank and other agencies are now involved in an attempt to trace this despicable company who scammed me and kept my money.
So, NO HELP,ADVICE,SUPPORT OR REFUND FROM SHOP!!!
Moreover, NO HELP OR REFUND FROM VINTED EITHER......!!!
It is almost as if these companies support each other in these vile business practices.
Like many other writers here, I have deleted the SHOP app as I can lo longer trust their integrity and honesty.

Would give it a 0 rating if I could

Would give it a 0 rating if I could. Ordered an item in November 2025. Its march 2026 and have not received the item. Emails sent without response. Unable to track item. Total scam in my opinion. If the price of an item seems too good to be true, it definitely is.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Whenever I go to buy items online I am often taken to the Shop app to check out; which means I have to pay with the payment method stored on Shop; unless I cancel it all and start again.
However last week I received emails from Shop encouraging me to check out the items in my basket. On looking I found around 7 items in my basket which I had certainly not added. They were items from a seller I had recently placed an order with, but I definitely had not put anything else in the basket. Very concerning. So I immediately deleted all the items in my basket as well as my payment information and address. I then deleted the app. I will never use it again. I had originally downloaded it as it seemed useful to keep track of online orders in one place. But I no longer trust it.

SHOP app sucks

If I would have known how bad this SHOP app was I never would have ordered anything from these scum balls. Problem is while your ordering you item it directs you to the SHOP app while your ordering, unless you cancel and do your research, which means voiding your order, you'll upload shop. The vendor is as much to blame, Though, letting SHOP app link to their website. Spread the word is all we can do and write a negative review. When I check to track my order I get a big blank screen

Buyer Beware...even ordering a book...put on forever orders that bill your credit card every month and ship over and over and over until they exhaust your credit card...NO WAY TO STOP THIS NONSENSE...no human contact!!! Cannot even reach the merchants that are doing this, even though FULL REFUNDS IF NOT SATISFIED...LIES, LIES, LIES

Very Disappointing – Hidden Costs and Overpriced



I would strongly advise anyone considering Evo2.0 to think twice before purchasing.

The advertising is misleading because it completely fails to mention a hefty additional duty of $37 just for the pitcher. This is not a small fee, and it significantly increases the total cost. On top of that, the product ships from Israel, which can add further unexpected expenses and delays.

By the time everything is added up, what initially seems like a reasonable purchase becomes unnecessarily expensive.

Even more disappointing is the product itself. At the end of the day, it’s just a simple pitcher with nothing particularly innovative or special about it. There’s no justification for the inflated price once all the hidden costs are revealed.

Consumers deserve full transparency upfront—not surprises after checkout.

Bottom line: overpriced, underwhelming, and not worth it.

Not sure why theres so many bad reviews.. i'm about to get PISSED off because people are blaming shop for their order not coming! even when u order off shop your ordering from a bussiness, if the order does not come the BUSSINESS did not send it, it is not whatsoever SHOPS fault!!! all shop does is track your parcels and makes it easier to find something to buy, your brain dead if you think shops behind ur package not coming or u getting scammed. I love shop never had a problem takes more tracking numbers than AUS post! its an amazing app.
