I have ordered several items connected to SHOP for tracking. Absolute rubbish. No uptodate tracking. This app should be stopped as not reliable in any form . It allows fake sellers to continue to scam. .

Shopping at some online stores, such as Warner Music (which sells music and merchandise from countless bands and artists across rock, pop and other genres), may take you to Shop. When you want to track where your parcel is, you’re asked to install this app on your mobile. Why, when there are other ways that are less intrusive to your privacy? I can only think of negative and very dodgy aspects: access to your location, mobile ID, email address, card details, payment gateways used, purchase history and the shops you’ve bought from… THAT’S TOO MUCH!

But even more importantly, WHAT WILL THEY DO WITH THAT INFORMATION WITHOUT US KNOWING?

OR WHAT IF THERE’S A SECURITY BREACH?

very bad bad company!!!! they changed my shipping address and i had so many problems with orders and i lost lots of money for that!!!

thought i would switch over from paypal but went into my account and the points they gave me expired. What kind of company does that? I don't shop at companies like this, or use them. I may delete my account idk. these companies are just not worth my time, I've decided.

I would give zero stars if I could. I used the app to buy on a website sometimes as I thought it would be easier to coordinate things. The Shop app actively changed the delivery address and billing address to an old delivery address after the purchase had been confirmed. The app has no customer so I am now trying to negotiate with the company to change the delivery address. Worse than useless, will be deleting my account with them. Wish I had seen these reviews on Trustpilot before using it.

I was charged for an order that was never sent, and I couldn't report the shop (N.Y.L.A. shoes) for 30 days. I sent weekly emails and never got any help from them, and shop won't let you do anything outside the app which sells all of your info the second you sign in. Fraudulent company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I bought 3 shirts from them, supposedly made of 70% linen 30% cotton, turns out to be some man made shiny polyester type material, nothing like Linen. The colours bore no resemblance to the items advertised and at no point in their ad did it mention they were shipped from China. opened a dispute with Pay Pal thinking I would be safe but NO. They told Pay Pal they would give me a full refund if I posted the shirts back to them In China. Postage cost to China £28.75, Refund amount £31. Took this up with Pay Pal and they don't want to know because I have been offered a full refund despite my costs. Another scamming Chinese company. DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT.

Terrible. Three times I’ve had orders lost wrong item sent. More lost than wrong item sent. The problem with them is they just tell you to call the company like Spanx. An item was ordered and the delivery was lost in the middle of nowhere by UPS and Shop won’t help me. They tell me to call Spanx and Spanx has no customer service whatsoever. I’m left out in the cold.

Tried to get hold of Shop and can’t tried the company and despite asking several times for a refund none been given

Shop is where scammers can go to sell when legitimate companies won't let them sell that anymore

2 separate orders from 2 different companies not received and , not helpful at all told it’s not their responsibility eh yes it is you took my money on both occasions I will now not purchase anything else online if I am directed to this unscrupulous company

Shop app is one of the worst! They say to report a scam go to orders and manually type it in. There is no option to do this. The customer service is NONE. Very poor app features and it gives you the run around. Was SCAMMED thru a company they represent and Shop could care less. AVOID SHOP APP

This company has allowed a scam merchant to use the site to take money it and takes no responsibility for its action don’t go near it

I been fooled to many times by this app all China goods overpriced and falsely advertised do not deal with this app

They jump in to help you with orders but offer no help at all when an order goes sideways. I will be trying to avoid them in the future. No way to contact them. They do not provide a way to contact the companies they work with.

Shopify (Shop.app) had some kind of relationship with a fake website shear-passion.net which has now disappeared. I ordered a €350 airconditioning unit but didn't receive any goods.
I searched for a mobile air con unit and one of the results was Shear Passion. Everything on their site looked legit and professional, and they had links with Shopify, which foolishly, gave me some confidence. The price of the unit I thought I was buying was around the same as the others advertised but they offered free delivery. I ordered the item, received a confirmation and was then directed to - shop.app - to obtain tracking information. I downloaded the app and could see the order I'd placed, it showed 'awaiting further info from the merchant. I contacted Shear Passion, I think via a contact form on their website to ask for a delivery date. I didn't receive a reply. At that point I could see the order showing on the (Shopify) Shop.app. The following day, the Shear Passion website had disappeared and so had my order on the Shop.app, suspicious of something wrong, I contacted Shop.app (Shopify) Their only means of communication was via a quite useless chatbot which kept directing me to 'contact the merchant' despite the fact that the merchant had totally disappeared.
This Shop.app (Shopify) seems to be a haven for fraudsters and Shopify seem not to be bothered as they don't offer any help whatsoever.
Shameful.
I've now charged a chargeback with my card provider.

I have used Shop app many times and had no issues up till just recently. Through Shop I purchased a pink Era’s Plushie, Taylor Swift Era’s tour, unofficial. I have not received my item or refund. The tracking just sticks at ‘label created’. I have contacted the seller, ‘Plushhie TM’, several times only to get an automated reply saying they will reply soon but then nothing. As I paid the money through Shop I tried to contact them but all you get is ‘contact the seller’!! Well I’ve tried that and they are not responding so I come back to the source, Shop, only to find out they aren’t gonna help me get my money back. I am writing this review as I had trusted Shop until now, probably because I’ve never had a problem before. But when I do need help this is when I find out the true Shop experience. They don’t want to know. So I will contact my bank and for future purchases I will make sure the seller is not associated with payments being made through Shop. I have lost all confidence I had in Shop and wanted to warn people to be careful and aware of the situation if they have any issues with a purchase. To say I’m disappointed with Shop would be an unreasonable. I will be deleting the app and avoiding getting dragged into anything to do with Shop again. Be wary people please.

Absolute shambles. I'll choose to use those 2 words over others much more suitable to describe this app for the sake of rudeness.

Ordered an item from the US to the UK.
After waiting for 3 weeks and checking on the shop app it told me my item was ready to collect in Coventry. I live in the north of Scotland. Ordered the item to my home address. Gave me a UPS number that didn't work. Filled in the contact form but it wouldn't let me send it due to the item being ordered less than 4 weeks ago. No other way of contacting anyone on the app. Had to contact the seller who helped me resolve the matter with zero help from Shop. What is it they even do? Have had issues with them before as has my partner. Avoid if possible.

Automatically installed itself after buying somthing online. The instructions at /delete-account do not work, you enter your email address and click "Delete Shop Account" and it just hangs. There seems no way to remove your bank account from this company's eye. I closed my bank account and moved to another bank for security.
