The casement window handle was easy to order on line and arrived in a timely manner. I just wish that the handles were more robust as I tend to order a replacement handle every 18 months as they break quite easily when used on a daily basis to open and shut a small window!

Poor packaging
Ordering the parts fine. Parts themselves fine though needed adjustments. Packaging of the handles still poor. Package was damaged again. I have received two empty packages and items lost due to the form of package used.

Affordable and excellent replacement part. Easy to fit. Replacing the window handle cost less than £10! The chatbot also guided me to a very helpful video showing me how to fix the problem.
