The actual item is incredible. It really does taste like I am drinking more than water. It is a little different to get used to but overall is a great take.

One thing I would say is with the tumbler I received, I am still not too keen on the design of the straw or lid. The one I have is the white 700ml one in the deal where if you get the flavours you get a free cup. The cup itself is fine, however the lid having a spring hole (in the middle) for the straw to go in, pushes the straw to an angle, as well as the silicone tip where the pod sits on, attaching to the plastic straw insert, doesn’t provide the right suction as the hole in the rubber (likely an air hole) isn’t fully covered by the pod or the straw part, meaning it sounds like there is no water in the cup when drinking.

Other than this I love the idea and will use up all my pods.

I bought the air up twist pro in February. Watched the set up video and the bottle leaks. It leaks from where you screw the top part to the bottle and it also leaks if you dry it and put it on a table it slowly leaks and leaves a wet patch (not condensation) it leaks as you hold it on your hand and leaks if it’s moved. I’ve complained twice and the will not refund or send a new bottle. It was faulty from the start and it’s only been a few months and I’ve had no resolution. Despite buying it on their own website and having my order number they’re refusing to replace it. It’s a consumer right in the uk to have a faulty product replaced within 12 months.
But they are refusing. They also keep asking for a batch number that they say is printed on the base (it isn’t) I bought it off their own website and they have my details. Terrible terrible experience do not buy

As an update to their reply. It is still leaking as I have informed them. The bottle leaks from two places, as I have informed them. They are choosing not to replace the faulty item and will not acknowledge the fact I have told them this and sent a video and photos.

I bought this for my 10 year old Granddaughter as she has to drink lots of water due to a medical condition. She absolutely loves it and says it’s amazing. It’s easy to use and she certainly enjoys drinking more water so definitely a win. Packaged well and super fast delivery. A very happy Grandaughter and Nan

Gorgeous bottle shape. Looks amazing with the strap attached. It’s difficult to drink the water when there is only a bit left because of the position of the straw and the shape of the bottle but that’s only a minor niggle.
The discs are great. I was a bit sceptical before trying them but I actually enjoy drinking my water now. The Lollipop flavour is my favourite of the ones I got. Smells like Drumstick lollies.

Honestly so disappointed in the product.
I now understand why there were SO many hundreds upon hundreds of second hand "like-new" Air Up bottles on vinted and ebay. I only wish I'd bought from there to try first instead of paying the premium for new. The water tastes like water, but it is accompanied by a plasticky chemical synthetic waft of what could only be described as the ghost of a raspberry, or perhaps the vague memory of a pint of water that briefly shared the same postcode as a raspberry. It is pure hype and my honest advice for anybody considering it would be to purchase a second hand one FIRST and try it, before giving this company your money. It's a great concept, and I really did want it to work. I see that there are positive reviews, so it's a obviously subjective effect. But needless to say, I'll not be a repeat customer and now have 6 boxes of the flavour pods and a once-used bottle to list on vinted.
If I'd spent a tenner, I wouldn't feel so disappointed, but these aren't cheap. I saved up, and it just wasn't worth the hype. I even got my hubby and 6 children to try it, and they all said exactly the same thing - it tastes like water, but with a very faint synthetic vape-like chemical smell. It's a gimmick. Good concept, but taste and smell are ultimately still two different things.

Easy to use site, straightforward ordering system.
Delivery was expected on Tuesday 14th July but it was delivered on Saturday 11th July well in time for his birthday

Great delivery service. I bought pod holder and kola pods for my grandson's birthday. He hasn't tried them yet as it's not his birthday yet, but other grandson loves the product.

Excellent bottle,really well thought out design. Scentaste technology makes water suddenly "non-boring", and yesterday alone, even without the pods on, I drank over 6 litres! For a £25 bottle, it is absolutely worth it! I recommend Apple pods to start with when you get it, it's what I got, and is excellent! BTW, pods last for much longer than they say, so don't buy more until you need them!
