Good quality products & Good customer service

I heard from a friend who's been in music and A/V that ADAM is legit, but as a non-musician, was not prepared for how amazing their products were. I ordered some refurbished D3V speakers and after a little over a week got them nicely packaged and setup was a breeze. Didn't expect anything amazing but was blown away. Same friend tested them and gave them two thumbs up. They also listen to feedback from customers online and provide excellent user-documentation, which is a bit rare, as products of this quality are very difficult to develop and launch. Thank you for the very positive experience!

No receipt was send for the purchase, and no order shows in my Adam Audio profile. The light logo on the left speaker is not completely straight and it's obvious they sent a unit with a slight esthetic flaw knowingly.

I purchased the D3V monitors for regular desktop use. And it is an excellent value, since the bass is good enough. That you don't need a subwoofer, if you have a small room.

Just make sure to update the firmware to the latest version.

The monitors (D3V) arrived promptly and work great! I love using them as desk speakers.

Great experence. I bought refurbish A8H. But what i recieved was far from that. What i got were brand new. One speaker was used as a display that seemed to have been on a shlef where no one could touch. The speaker had never been pluged in or connected. That was the left speaker. The right speacker had never been touch, Box never been open.. So yeah i got brand new A8H for a disounted price,

These are great. I use them with my mpc key 37 in my bedroom but sometimes hook them up in the studio and want another set. For the price and quality you can not go wrong.
