Disgusted with Shop@home
I bought a cooker in August and in two weeks the hob was faulty, an engineer came twice ans then said it carnt be fixed,, Hisense sent me a code for Shop@home the retailer to replace the cooker. I am still waiting for a replacement cooker. Shop@home are ignoring my emails and replacement requests. It is disgusting that they sold me a faulty cooker and are refusing to talk about the matter.
