I bought a ring for my daughter’s birthday and a stone fell out after she wore it once. My initial email was answered with an offer of a replacement or repair. I requested a replacement. Since then no response to 3 further emails. No phone number to call. Very disappointed

Poor quality! Ordered a ring which is clearly not hypoallergenic (turning skin green) and has lost 2 stones in 1 month. Lovely designs but won’t be ordering from them again.

The jewelry is the best quality and the customer service is excellent. The brand is my favorite for everyday jewelry!

I have ordered from Daphine twice and both experiences have been seamless. The first time, I ordered a ring that was not the right sizing for me and was able to exchange it easily and get the right size. The second time I ordered from Daphine, I ordered from myself and got a gift for a friend which was very well received, and also arrived ahead of schedule. I'd order from them again in the future.

Never delivered a gift for a friend, and now not responding to emails

I ordered a ring two months ago with an engraving as a birthday gift. The ring arrived without the engraving (very embarrassing when it was unwrapped). Initially the company was responsive, they requested a new ring and I sent the old one back. Now I STILL have not received the replacement ring, despite multiple promises from different customer service agents who swear they will personally update me etc, it’s a priority, it will be sent out with a priority courier. Its now been two months and my mum still doesn’t have her birthday gift, so all the promises are very hollow.
