I had a very positive experience with Swiitch. Ayden Shah, who handled the sale of our house, was professional, communicated clearly, and kept me well informed at every stage of the process. The work was handled at a good pace, with steady progress and no unnecessary delays. I felt confident that everything was being managed efficiently and thoroughly. I would confidently recommend.

We had Maryam Arif and Oli Haley handle buying our first home and they were great. Both were very helpful and attentive, quickly responding to all our queries and keeping us up to date with the process.

Oli’s professionalism should be recognised as he made sure everything went as smooth as it could and we never felt once that we couldn’t contact him for advice. He explained everything clearly and was always happy to go over anything we were not sure about.

Towards completion we were worried about the date being held up by the developers on our seller’s side. Maryam handled the situation very quickly to make sure we were not impacted which we are very grateful for.

Overall we were very happy with the attention and care that both provided and would recommend using their services. Thank you Oli and Maryam.

Honestly never experienced such an efficient solicitors to organise the purchase of our house. Exceptional service by Simran Kelai who kept us on track. We never had to chase our solicitors for anything. Would definitely go with them again for our next house sale.
