I returned Skechers meditation daisy sandles by first class mail on 16/08/23 and asked for a refund as they were too large . Still waiting for a response . Please assist me with a smooth refund . Thank you

Bought a pair of boots in April 2022. In December 2022 they split. Contacted Shoe Dome and they immediately sent me a replacement pair. No queries, no fuss, no hassle. New boots arrived within a couple of weeks. Outstanding customer service.

STAY AWAY FROM SHOE DOME. Awful service, absolutely terrible. Money taken quickly , response your item is in the post. Total lies. I was relying on this as a special present. I will not buy from AMAZON again. Terribe Terrible Terrible .

I haven't received a refund on returned item. Sent them many messages thru Amazon without a single response! Wouldn't buy from them again!

After more than a week after ordering a product I was told my order was cancelled as they were out of stock..I looked at the same product again..they were in stock but they had increased the price..order elsewhere to save disappointment. Customer services will not give you an explanation either.

Worst customer service. They sent the wrong item and they have not responded.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but in this case I must do it!, I purchased a pair of timberland boots and a short time after one of the stitches came loose I know timberland are made extremely durable so called shoe store sent in photos etc agreed to refund due to no longer in stock so sent boots back then this is where the problems start! Took weeks for them to acknowledge they have received them then after many phone calls a manager think he's name is Ian stated are you serious it's just a stitch! This got my back up straight away he stated he would call me back Never calls back and lies about being in meetings etc swore down the phone at me and stated my order is a ball ache! Now saying he has returned to timberland would call me back by the end of the day it has however been another 4 days! Whole process about 6 weeks so far and still no closer to resolution!, please be extremely careful with this unprofessional company! I will now be commencing legal action in the next 48 hours

As a man i am not used to purchasing womens shoes, i took a chance and got it wrong but the company happily changed them for ones my wife liked.

cannot fault in any way,ordered on 23th december 3.20pm recieved 24th at 2pm less than 24 hours! and with full tracking details via email and text,BRILLIANT.

It was all so easy to do, I was kept in the loop from buying the product to receiving it with a smile!

I would use this company again and would recommend to anyone!

Found the boots I had been searching everywhere for at a better price and they had my size! Even better! Fast delivery meant I had them before the week was out= one very happy customer :) will definetly use again

My boots arrived in good time, and although it was exactly what I had wanted, they just didn't fit right so I decided to return them. All the information I needed was provided on the order form, including a return sticker. Buying online can be a gamble and puts me off sometimes, but this company's no nonsense approach encourages me to use them again.

Ordered a pair of boots that I had been after for ages. They were £20 cheaper on this site and was impressed with the free delivery and returns as have had difficulty with this with other companies. Boots were delivered promptly, well-packaged and excellent quality. Would definitely recommend.
