Do not order from this company, I would have given a minus rating if I could. It’s a scam company. Based in China and not the UK as it appears and it has reviews which look to have come from Trust Pilot but haven’t. I was conned into purchasing some sandals. They eventually arrived, plastic and smelling very chemically. Awful quality. As others have said I tried contacting them to return the sandals without any response. Thankfully my credit card company refunded me.

As others have said if I could rate this “company” zero I would. Complete scam. I’m furious with myself for buying from them and not checking them out first. Lesson learned. The products are cheap plastic knock offs, shipped from China not the U.K. as the website suggests. They absolutely know you won’t pay to return unwanted goods so you’ll never get a refund. DO NOT USE THEM.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY ASSOCIATED COMPANIES.

THE PRODUCT IS POOR AND IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE GOODS FOR ANY REASON YOU CANNOT DO SO FOR FREE AS ADVERTISED.

THEY ARE US BASED AND SHIP FROM CHINA DESPITE TRADING IN UK.

RETURNS HAVE TO GO BACK TO CHINA WHICH IS UNREASONABLE AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

WITH LONG DISTANCE SELLING YOU HAVE A PERIOD OF TIME TO BE ABLE TO RETURN ITEMS FREE OF CHARGE.

THEY SAY ONLINE THAT THEY SHIP GOODS WITH A FREE RETURNS ENVELOPE (which is a Blatant Lie. They Emailed Me telling Me that they don't do that at all. Denial).

JUST DON'T BUY FROM THEM AND THEN THEY'LL GET THE MESSAGE LOUD AND CLEAR.

BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE WHICH HAS A REPUTABLE STANDING IN THE UK.

This company pretends to be UK based but they are not. The descriptions of shoes on the website are not accurate and when you ask for a return, they say you have to post them to China without getting any money back for shipping. Do not buy shoes from this company, they are scam artists!

Absolutely bloody terrible - cheap material, came wrapped in bubble wrap not even a box. Way too big for me asked for a refund and you have to send back to China!! They know it’s highly unlikely it’s ever going to get there and you’ve had to pay out for return costs too - fraudsters and scammers don’t touch them!!!

Awful!!! Ordered 2 pairs of sandals , they sent 2 pairs in the wrong colors and 4 sizes larger than I ordered and they are super cheap sandals and not a super cheap price! They want me to pay to return them and the return address is nonsensical (right side of first floor, mingmen leather factory, luongangqi road east road junhe street , baiyun district, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province) yeah, after I pay postage and they receive and they inspect, THEN they'll send a refund. This address is such that they'll never receive them. Wishing I had read these reviews before ordering this CRAP!!! Do NOT waste your money. Total waste of $80

I’ve ordered few pairs of shoes on 17.05.26. No information about shipment, various emails to them, no reply. On 16.06.26 half of the order arrived. Horrible quality. Tried to contact them no response. Do not ever buy anything from them. It’s a scam!!!!!!!

Would give this site 0 stars if I could. worst quality Ive ever seen on a pair of shoes literally you can get better on Temu! They want you to send them back to China even though the website have an Italian address making you believe it going to be good quality sent wrong colour shoe and still expect me to pay for them to be sent back please don't buy from them.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Totally deceptive company. Shoes are NOT British made. They DO NOT sell genuine leather shoes. They make it difficult for you to leave any reviews on their site.
Shoes are basically overpriced Temu crap. Bad plastic smells. I could go on and on. There are many companies out there just like this selling all sorts of items. Buyer beware!

The shoes came wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic bag with no box. They are cheap and definitely not leather and are like the cheap ones that you buy for 10 euros in Spain. Warning! They are scamming people including me. I have recived bag full of garbage. When I ask them about the refund the answer came from China stating that they refunded, bo money never were received. I asked the Bank and NatWest said that it's scam and they will never managed to get the money back. The scammers got over 20 similar websites, they are all similar and got the same products. Be very careful, you will never see you money back.

Took forever & was a very poor product indeed - the cheapest looking of FAKE LEATHER, the poorest of materials. I would expect these to go for no higher than £6.99 rather than the fake sale price of £29.99 I was scammed into. AVOID.

Poor quality. Wore sandals once and material on side of sandal literally fell off. Took ages for them to respond to advise how I return but they expect me to pay for return postage... To China!!! AVOID!!!! I have a pair of very cheaply made shoes that I thought I was ordering from British company only to find out they are from China. Lesson learnt!!!

After several more emails to marley shoes about not receiving my shoes I requested a refund as yet still no response to this request. I honestly don’t expect to get a reply. But i wont be ordering anything else from them or their associates

I wish I had read the reviews prior to my mum purchasing a pair of shoes from this company. Do NOT buy from them. The shoes are substanded, sizing is wrong , but you wouldn't know because all they put in is a little sticker. They do not take responsibility for returns and it would have cost me £25 to end them back. The only option is to sell them on at half price. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Would have given minus score. Place an order for wide fitting size 8 white sandals 24/05/26. 07/06/26 received a pair of nasty black ankle boots in size 5. Got onto company who are going to investigate what's gone wrong?? No mention of replacement or refund. 🤬🤬🤬

DO NOT BUY. These trainers are 💯 fake . Not ever good fake . I tried to cancel my order , only to be told its in transit. Looking at track my parcel it hadn't left the store . When it arrived, I opened it while the delivery man was there . He took them back , he took a photo of return . The company has said they have my return . They will not pay out the refund. Every excuse has been used . I will keep at them untill I get it .

Absolutely rubbish plastic trainers supposed to be orthopaedic. No way .took 3 weeks to arrive .I have requested a refund and I better get it .

Shocking service. Well wasn't any service. Tracking didn't work either! According to tracking, my item is still at the airport. I received it 2 days ago! Poorly packaged. Trainers unbelievably squashed. Cheap utter rubbish. You expect from Temu as it's reflected in the price! Trainers were fairly expensive. Don't even look like the picture. Won't be conned again. My advice is to stay well clear.

I paid £38.95 for orthopaedic sandals for walking and received a pair of sandals that look and smell like the cheap ones I bought for £10 from tick-tock. Even the way they were packaged was identical. Wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic bag.
