This is the worst company! My daughter and I ordered what was advertised as hey dudes. They were nothing like the pictures. Complete false advertisement. When I tried to get my refund, they rarely responded then when they did it was for a 10% refund then a 20%. After 6 weeks of trying to get my money back, I finally just quit and took the 50% refund. I wasted enough money and time dealing with a company that does not stand behind its product. The shoes are like made of cardboard. They weren’t worth $1. Plus what was suppose to be faux cow hide with beads was just a digital print. No fur, no beads! Worse company ever!!! Stay far away from them!!!!!

DON'T DO IT!!!! I ordered, what was advertised as Hey Dude! shoes. Everything stated they would be shipped from the US and I would receive them within 3-5 business days. When I didn't receive them within that time, I contacted the "customer service department". This is how I discovered it was in fact China. In broken English, I was given the run around to be patient. After several emails, that I'm sure was to "buy time", I finally got a tracking number. The order was placed on December 4th. I watched as they transversed the globe. They arrived on January 7th. What I received was "cheap" knock offs!!! Literally, compressed Styrofoam soals and canvas!!! Not to mention, they looked NOTHING like what I ordered!!! Save yourself the aggravation and stear clear of this "company"! The website has been removed! My attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful, imagine that!

BEWARE!!! This company is from China. They are deceiving. My daughter bought a pair and told me about the site so I ordered3 pairs for gifts. A month ago. Still not here. That’s how I learned they are in China. Tried to track the package. In the meantime my daughter got hers Total trash. Claim to be hey dude shoes but are a horrible copy. The worse knock off ever. Will not answer emails. I’m reporting them to BBB and contacting my bank to help get money back. Looser company. I’m usually really careful but theses Losers did a good job to lie and cheat people.

Update: my bank refunded my money. I was able to prove I did all I could to get ahold of this company to no avail and that their web site was a farce. STAY AWAY from this loser site and make sure your bank knows to block them at all times. Total SCAM
