Shoes by Mail - Excellent supply and delivery

Shoes by Mail supplied and delivered an item i could not get on the High Street. The web pictures were accurate and comprehensive, I received exactly what I wanted. Price was comparable to retail outlet. Delivery was fast.
Satisfied and would shop here again.

I had been trying to find Woly Shoe Cream in Caramel colour for some time so was delighted to find that Shoes by Mail could help me. The order arrived very quickly and in good order. Thank you.

Quality item and good service.

The boots I bought were lovely, a good price and quality. Unfortunately, they were too narrow so I returned them. Shoes By Mail were very professional from start to finish - the boots were delivered quickly and my refund was processed within 24 hours of return.
I would be happy to buy from Shoes By Mail again and would happily recommend the company.

Great sandals and great service

Great sandals and great service. We have such a poor range of quality sandals in Australia (Perth) that I have started looking in the UK.
The discounted price was wonderful, and even though the postage was a fair chunk of the overall price, I still got 2 pairs of great sandals for the same price I would pay for 1 pair in Australia (including postage costs)!!
The postage time was very reasonable - about a week and half. It takes me the same amount of time to get a parcel from within Australia these days.
I shall be back next time I'm looking for shoes.
