Shoes look nothing like picture and the company is giving me a hard time in returning the shoes. About to start a claim with pay pal and see if that gets me anywhere.

I don't understand why they have so many bad reviews except maybe people don't change after they get their product because I thought for sure they were a rip off it took forever it took 2 months to get my product I fell for sure I've been ripped off they were impossible to get a hold of blah blah blah I got my product and they are beautiful and I will order from them again I just know that it's going to take a while did I get lucky and get a beautiful pair of boots that is exactly like the picture maybe so

Bait and switch is what they do. I am working with my creditor to get my money back.
SHOE ME HONEY is a CHINA based company, they are scammers.
Please don't fall victim.

When I contacted them at first they didn't respond. It wasn't until after I opened a PayPal case they responded and shipped the shoes I ordered several weeks after purchase. I rejected the order as I no longer needed them and was never refunded.

I want the boots I ordered.You sent the wrong boots.I have the boots you sent.I don’t need another pair like the ones you sent.

I ordered their knee high leather moccasins the actual advertisement and photo in their ad was stolen from soulpath shoes and that company in the process of filing suit. The boot I received was nothing like the advertisement and was instead of hideously cheap flimsy copy a beautiful moccasin made by another company. They claim these boots for leather but instead or an example of the worst Manufacturing I have actually ever seen on a product. I tried to return them it took me months of haranguing them with emails and finally I had to contact PayPal the Better Business Bureau and the office of consumers affairs before I was refunded the money. I would never buy anything else from this company - all their products fraudulent copies, with false pictures and misleading advertising this company is a total rip off

Basically thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM SHOE ME HONEY. You will not get a reply from this fraudulent company. Update: I received some shoes a month and a half after placing my order and they are basically plastic shoes in a different color. They feel like Halloween costume quality.

I ordered some boots from shoemehoney.com I never got the boots or money back I ordered right after Christmas its fraud dont order from them I'm out 83.00 dollars

-10 is my rating, you took my money within minutes and I never got the boots, I called the credit card to dispute, they refunded my account and now is filing fraudulent charges on them. This is the only time I have ever had this problem. Do not and I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!! You will not get your product, ever.

I have never had such a bad experience with a purchase. Today is Jan. 4. I ordered boots from ShoeMe on Nov. 2. They immediately charged my card $61.90 and sent email that they were "getting my order ready." After a month, I inquired and they said there was a delay, but were working on it. I sent a couple more emails during December and received no response. Today is Jan. 4. They have my money. I have no boots. And they don't answer my emails to info.shoeme.ca. A good clue to their fraudulent business practices is that there is no phone number and they make it very hard to contact them in any way. Stay away from this fake business!

They stoled my money essentially I have pictures of the boots I ordered and their confirmation they were to have black soles. The plastic soles I received our bright beige also there's no leather to be found and the material embellishment around the ankle is absent I've received completely different boots THAN PICTURE the only thing the same is the color black and Brace yourself they smell like spray paint.
Cheap and they all out scam

I purchased boots back in September and finally got them November 1st. One show fit and another did not. I have been emailing them to return them every since and they still have not given the correct details to return. They just have a canned message. I would not recommend you order or buy from this company.

I was looking for leather boots. Shoe Me Honey has loads of beautiful pictures of various styles. I ordered a pair of "leather" boots and another pair of booties. This was in July. I just received the package and neither pair look anything like what I ordered plus the booties are brown but I thoughtI ordered gray. I am debating on disputing as I may wear the black boots with a Halloween outfit. No leather anywhere to be found.

I would be hesitant to incorporate them in my daily looks as the boot are just so plastic-y, they don't even compare to the really nice ones I own. The way they got me was the website's photo of the style of the shoe (a slim fit calf lace up Victorian and exactly what I was looking for). If you don't mind your order looking ulra cheap, nothing like the photos and a 2 month wait then you'll be fine. Otherwise save yourself time, money and frustration and keep it moving.

I purchased a pair of (moccasin) boots that I found at their website, after placing the order they took the monies immediately from my account. After a month and half I still had not received the product so I contacted the website and a message popped up right away, but when I tried to send another message I was ghosted and only got an error message! I received the merchandise last evening and I can assure you that these are not even close to the boots that I ordered, these boots were cheaply made from a material that I've never seen before but if I had to guess it's a cross between Styrofoam, felt, and plastic and the glue used to hold the seams together I can assure you will fell after the first use...I will
venture to say that they make these shoes on order and that they don't have stocked items, which is why it takes so long for the items to ship after purchase!

It took 2 months to receive the shoes and they were not even the style I ordered. I was looking for some baby blue shoes and a beautiful style popped up in the Google search. I am disputing with my bank. I would only recommend DH Gate and Alibaba for Chinese vendors.

This company is a total SCAM! I placed an order more than 2 months ago and I have received nothing. I emailed the company several times to get my funds back. No answer. They do not deserve 1 star. Had I seen these reviews I would not have placed an order. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

This company is a joke you think your buying a item that is in the picture but you dont get it cheap replicas this company needs to be shut down for false advertising and scamming the people dont buy from them at all

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I made an order on 11.24.2020.......it was returned to sender , it said on my Shop tracking app....I emailed them and told them I wanted my money back....no response...
Not until I filed a complaint through PayPal did I get a response from them, and they told me they had already sent out another pair. It is now 1.3.2021..and my Shop app says Failure, and I have not seen the boots yet

You don’t get what you see and what you get will be of the cheapest quality Waste of money

This organization specializes in cannibalizing brand name merchandise by stealing the pictures from brand name websites, creating the worst cheap counterfeit replica, and selling their garbage using the stolen pictures. They charge prices that make you think you're getting a quality item. What they deliver shouldn't even be sold. Its all garbage. They sell a pair of boots that are a childlike replica of an El Vaquero boot, using a picture off the El Vaquero website. What they send you is an absurd counterfeit piece.of garbage. Other websites they steal pictures from is the Freebird and Free People websites. I have reported Shoemehoney to these manufacturers.
I ordered 4 pairs of boots. They were all laughable quality. Lesson learned for me. I have pictures of what they sent me, if I could upload them here I would.
